Feds have demanded that Cali turn over voter registrations; state officials refuse

As tens of thousands of late votes in California mysteriously arrive with 70% for the socialist candidate Nithya Ramen, state officials have refused to allow a federal audit of its voter rolls.

The U.S. Attorney for southern California, Bill Essayli, said Sunday his office wants to scrutinize the state’s electoral system as eyebrows have been raised over a sudden surge in late votes for Democratic candidates.

“California allows first-time voters to register using forms of ID that most Americans would find surprising,” Essayli wrote, listing as examples health club membership cards, employee identification cards, credit or debit cards, prescription drug labels and insurance cards.

As even the dumbest Democrat can see, not one of these documents verifies that a would-be voter is an American citizen, eh?  But in Cali, no matter: dey lets non-citizens and dead pipo vote, cuz it helps Democrats steal elections. 

Federal officials have requested copies of all voter registration applications submitted between Dec. 1, 2023, and July 1, 2025.  California's Dem-ruled government has refused, claiming "privacy restrictions."  The feds countered that federal election laws preempt state privacy rules, whether those are laws or merely demands by state fraudsters.

Essayli said the case is now before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

California law requires voters to provide a California driver’s license number, state identification number or the last four digits of a Social Security number when registering. But if a would-be voter doesn't have either of those forms of identification, no problem: the "law"--passed entirely by Democrats--allows Democrat "election officials" assign a unique identifying number "to validate the registration."  And that's a "may" instead of mandatory.  And of course they're not actually required to validate anything.

The state’s "rules" (which Democrats claim aren't subject to the "supremacy clause" in the U.S. Constitution) list dozens of what the corrupt state has deemed acceptable identification documents for first-time federal election voters.

Those "rules" order election officials to interpret identification requirements liberally and resolve any doubts in favor of allowing would-be voters to cast "regular ballots"--meaning ballots which are immediately counted, without being subject to verification of the voter's legitimacy as so-called "provisional ballots" are.

SO...the Democrats have stolen two more elections--for governor of Cali, and mayor of Los Angeles.  But you don't live in California so why should you be concerned, eh deplorable?  See, dis beez "democracy" in action!
