Under Obozo, federal law prevailed, but with Trump as prezzy, state laws win. Hmmm...

Democrat-appointed judges have fucked this country beyond belief.  And the Left/Democrats are laughing their asses off at how easily they're winning.  

In the latest example: The courts have long ruled that the federal govt has jurisdiction over immigration.  But 12 years ago Boston's Dem-ruled city council, like those in many Democrat-ruled shitholes, passed a *city ordinance* ordering police not to cooperate ‌with federal immigration enforcement.

Last September the federal Department of Justice sued Boston and Democrat mayor Michelle Wu over that city law. 

Two days ago an Obama-appointed federal judge (Leo Sorokin) in Boston threw out that lawsuit [the phrase Reuters used; dismissed?], RULING that the federal DOJ lacked legal grounds to sue.

Now, I understand the legal theory that the federal government can't compel states to help enforce federal law.  Don't agree with it, but I understand the theory.  But at least per Reuters (total leftists), shithole leftist judge Sorokin didn't cite that.  Instead--again according to Reuters, which we can't rely on for accuracy--he RULED that the DOJ lacked legal grounds to sue.

Reuters went on to say the DOJ "failed to demonstrate it had legal ​standing to challenge the measure," and "could ‌not show ["how"?] any ruling in its favor would remedy the harms the federal government alleged it was suffering."

Note the cunning use of "alleged:"  The communists sons of whores at Reuters constantly deny that there's ANY harm from unlimited illegal invasion because they know that claim resonates with their leftist readers.

The DOJ lawsuit claimed some provisions of the city law impeded federal immigration enforcement, which again the courts have agreed is the sole province of the federal government.

According to Reuters, Sorokin bleated that even if he blocked the city law, Boston cops still wouldn't be allowed to cooperate with ICE because of a DECREE from the leftists who dominate the state's highest court.

This is what the military calls "defense in depth:"  Shitty, pro-illegal-invader Democrat laws layered on top of laws, all the way down.  Sorokin: "See, even if I were to overturn the city law, plaintiffs wouldn't get the result they seek because there's yet another decree from a state court!  See, deplorables?"  

Let's pause and review, eh?  The courts have long held that immigration enforcement is a federal responsibility.  But the dipshit Sorokin RULES

Hey asshole: There's a thing you apparently either didn't hear about in Constitutional Law or simply ignored:  It's called the "supremacy clause," and it says whenever a state or city or county or bullshit law conflicts with federal law, which shall prevail?

Dat right, asshole: federal.  And back when your fucking emperor Obozo ruled everything, and Arizona was getting utterly fucked by a tidal wave of Obama-encouraged illegal invaders, the state (under a brave female Republican governor) was arresting the sons of whores.  Obozo ordered his DOJ to sue that state, DEMANDING that state cops NOT help round up illegal invaders.  Cuz...um...Democrats wanted 'em to keep invading.

So it's yet another double-standard: valid Federal law limits immigration, but when unlimited invasion helps Democrats, the Dems sue to prevent states from enforcing the law--and leftist judges rule FOR the feds.  But when the DOJ under a Republican prezzy sues, Democrat judges RULE that federal law suddenly does NOT prevail.

The Democrats control most federal courts, including most of the circuit courts of appeal.  Lifetime positions.  Can't be removed.  And the crowning touch: When a lawsuit looks like it'll favor Republicans, delay delay delay via endless appeals, until the Dems re-take the presidency.
