Another bribem-appointed leftist female judge orders an illegal wanted for murder released

Judges appointed by Democrats are destroying this nation, by ORDERING criminal illegal aliens released into the U.S, again and again.

Federal sources say Bryan Rafael Gomez, an alien from the Dominican Republic wanted for murder in his home country, illegally entered the U.S. four years ago.  He was caught at the border but the bribem regime ordered him released into the U.S.   In April 4th of this year was arrested in Massachusetts. 

On April 26th a black female judge--appointed by the corrupt vegetable bribem-- ordered his release.  Rhode Island federal judge Melissa DuBose is also a lesbian, thus the ideal bribem appointee.

He was ordered deported by an immigration judge. 

On Tuesday, judge DuBose ordered Gomez be released from ICE custody, ruling that he'd been "unlawfully detained.”  The government argued that Gomez was subject to mandatory detention due to having an international arrest warrant for homicide. 

The corrupt (as in, ignoring law) lesbian ordered Gomez released, so he was, and is now roaming freely again.  And the judge's ORDER bars ICE from arresting him again.

Wow.  Thanks, Democrats--for the thousandth time.
