So hateful: 58 Democrats vote *against* a resolution condemning Kirk's assassination

After Charlie Kirk was assassinated (by a male whose own family says was a leftist!), the U.S. House introduced a resolution in his honor.

58 Democrats voted against it, including AOC and Jazzy crockett.  Another 60 either didn't vote, or voted "present."

So the expert Democrat-fellators at CNN had Jas on for 30 minutes of total Dem bullshit, during which she said Kirk "believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake."

Astonishingly, Jas has a law degree.  And AI says "She opened her own law firm, where she focused on...civil rights.  Like, y'know, the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  And apparently never bothered to read the Supreme Law of the Land.  (Ask your highschool-age kids if they were taught that in school or learned it some other way.)

Ahh, "she focused on civil rights," y'say?  In that case you might think she'd be totally familiar with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  And Jas thinks that's when black Americans were given the right to vote.

No, Jasmine, that right was granted almost a century earlier, by the 15th Amendment to the Constitution, ratified in 1870.

Lawyer, huh?  Yet she believes black Americans were only given the right to vote in 1964, instead of nearly a century earlier, after it became a Constitutional amendment.  Wow.

Hopefully Jas isn't your typical black female lawyer.  Surely most are far better educated--like the brilliant Fani Willis.  Or bribem's Supreme Court appointment who can't define "woman."

So what did the stupid, hateful Jas find so objectionable about the resolution, eh?  Here's the text:

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the House of Representatives—

(1) condemns in the strongest possible terms the assassination of Charles James Kirk, and all forms of political violence;

(2) commends and honors the dedicated law enforcement and emergency personnel for their tireless efforts in finding the suspect responsible for the assassination of Charlie Kirk and urges the administration of swift justice to the suspect;

(3) extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to Charlie Kirk’s family, including his wife, Erika, and their two young children, and prays for comfort, peace, and healing in this time of unspeakable loss;

(4) honors the life, leadership, and legacy of Charlie Kirk, whose steadfast dedication to the Constitution, civil discourse, and Biblical truth inspired a generation to cherish and defend the blessings of liberty; and

(5) calls upon all Americans—regardless of race, party affiliation, or creed—to reject political violence, recommit to respectful debate, uphold American values, and respect one another as fellow Americans.

Seems pretty unoffensive.  CNN didn't ask Jas which part she disagreed with.
