Deficits: "Very complicated." "Very difficult." Wait...whut?

Deficits every year, forever.  Members of congress from both parties: "It's very, very complicated.  Very difficult.  If you were as smaht as we are you'd understand."

School kid:  "Uh, how about cutting spending?"
