Approaching the one-year anniversary of..."someone did something." Will the Media note?

In a few months it'll be a year since a 20-year-old loser came within half an inch of killing then-candidate Trump--which would have handed the presidency to Cackles, with her faabulous VP, Tampon Timmy.

Reason is Trump was shot on July 13.  The GOP national convention wouldn't start for two more days, so without a clear VP named...you get it.

Wonder if the NYT and the rest of the Mainstream Media will mention the anniversary of the near-assassination?  If so, my guess is the Media will run articles with headlines like "Trump dodged a bullet.  Too bad the country didn't."

There's always been a "lunatic fringe," a tiny few who wanna kill leaders.  But because for the past 8 years (yes) the Media has constantly been fanning the flames of hate for Trump, what we're now seeing isn't three or four lunatics, but a majority of people identifying as "leftists" who say they think killing Trump is "justified."

Think I'm kidding?  Sure ya do.  But in a recent survey a stunning 55% of those identifying as leftists said they agreed with the statement "There is justification for killing Trump."

Sounds impossible, but that's what the "NCRI" survey found.

The same survey found that almost 40% of all people surveyed--regardless of political affiliation--agreed that "it is at least somewhat acceptable to destroy a Tesla dealership" to protest.  Since conservatives don't agree, that tells ya 40% of your so-called "fellow citizens" are leftists.

The survey didn't ask the leftists wanting Tesla dealerships burned why they'd wanna do that.  And it would be VERY informative to have a future survey ask "If you answered yes, why do you object to Musk?"

The replies would be a hoot--just like the people protesting last Saturday who were asked why they were protesting against Trump and Musk.  "Uhhh...ummm...you know, the thing, dude!"  Then some remembered the organizers had given 'em a printed list of complaints!

Now, if my Democrat friends and siblings wanna claim the survey was flawed, have at it.  I'm perfectly willing to hear how you claim it isn't accurate.  All I know is that the NCRI seems to be run out of Rutgers U, which like most universities is totally leftist.

Now, what can we predict with a high degree of confidence?  That there will be more attempts to kill the president.  And hundreds more Teslas burned and keyed.  Because this is the "new normal" for the left.  And moronic Democrats like Joe Scarborough, Chuckie Schumer, AOC, Jazzy Crockett, Hakeem Jeffries, Cory Booker and others will slyly, coyly urge supporters to do what they want done.

Of course the Dem pols are smart enough not to literally tell their supporters to take a shot, so they'll utter the modern equivalent of "Will no one rid us of this turbulent priest?"  (Yeah, Shakespeare, attributed to Henry II, prompting four armed suckups to travel to Canterbury and kill Thomas Becket.)  

"NOooo, dat jus' silly: some old white playwright makin' shit up."

How many John Wilkes Booths are out there, yearning for fame and adulation from the Left?  How many James T. Hodgkinsons?  Imagine the fawning interviews from late-night "comedians" like Jon Stewart, Jimmy Kimmel et al!  

(If the name James Hodgkinson doesn't ring a bell, don't feel like you missed something: It's been almost 8 years since he did it, and the Mainstream Media immediately dismissed it as "Mumble mumble no big deal."  The Media ignored everything about him--no interest at all.)

As always, I've got no dog in this hunt: No kids, and my siblings are hard-core Democrats, so if things go south my nieces and nephews can thank their parents for helping bring it about.  You own it, Democrats.

Now: do I agree with everything Trump does?  Not at all.  Like all leaders he's got lots of flaws, problems.  But way better than the Dem alternatives.
