Highlights of Trump executive orders on Day 1

Highlights of Trump EOs and proclamations on Day 1.  Hard to believe we're only 43 days into the term:

Withdrew the U.S. from the World Health Organization.  Part of the WHO's rules required member nations to "combat misinformation and disinformation."  Obviously their definition of both will be outrageous crap.

Closed the border: Declared that the entry into the U.S. of illegal aliens was detrimental to our national interest, and ordered such entry be suspended.

Rescinded 78 biden executive orders.

Ordered that no federal agency engage in any conduct that would amount to censoring speech (i.e. FBI leaning on social media to delete posts the Deep State didn't like).

Ordered the attorney-general to investigate Deep State censorship during biden's presidency and to prepare a formal report on any censorship efforts.  Nice.

Pardoned 1,500 or so Americans imprisoned for protesting on Jan-6th, 2021, and commuted the sentences of 14 other J-6 prisoners.

Imposed a freeze on hiring federal employees pending review.

Renamed "Mount McKinley:"  President William McKinley was assassinated.  In 1917 congress voted to name the highest mountain in North America in his honor.
A century later Obozo's wokiez--bein' cool an' all--changed the name to the native name, Mt. Denali.  This order changes it back.  Also renames that part of the Gulf of Mexico north of the extension of the Mexican border to the Gulf of America.

Designated drug cartels as terrorist organizations.

Reformed federal hiring, ending the use of DEI preferences in federal hiring.

Declared that there are only two sexes, and defines "woman."  Replaces all federal references to "gender" with "sex."  All passports, visas and other govt documents will henceforth state the correct biological sex.  No more federal funding for "gender ideology.

Males will no longer be allowed *demand* to be housed in women’s prisons or women’s detention centers.
 
No more taxpayer-funded sex-change surgery for federal prison inmates.
 
Disbanded biden's "White House Gender Policy Council" (yes, bribem established that by...executive order), and scraps the  “White House Toolkit on Transgender Equality” and rescinded 20 other biden/harris orders pro-tranny orders.

Established "Department of Goverment Efficiency."

Directed the State Department to put America first in every case.

Ordered that the government will have the authority to halt all visas from nations designated as security threats.

Expedited the issuance of drilling permits to produce oil, gas and minerals in Alaska.

Ordered all U.S. aid to other countries to be re-evaluated: "The foreign aid bureaucracy is not aligned with American interests, and in many cases is antithetical to American values."  Henceforth no foreign aid shall be disbursed in a manner not fully aligned with U.S. foreign policy.

Canceled all "wind leases" in federal waters. The economics were ghastly--producing electricity at four times the cost from conventional on-shore gas and coal-fired plants.  The projects were only started due to *massive* subsidies from Democrat-ruled states.

Declared a "national energy emergency."

Ordered members of the "Senior Executive Service" who obstruct or drag their feet on Executive policies be reassigned.  SES officials are the highest level of "civil service."  They're not presidential appointees and supposedly aren't political, but as Trump discovered in his first term, most of them support Dem policies and block conservative ones.  But because they're civil service, you can't fire 'em.  But they can be reassigned to cities far from the center of the political world (DC).

Ended the federal moratorium on executions.
 
Ordered the border secured and illegal aliens deported.  Ordered the DHS and DoD to finish the wall, and ordered troops to the border.

Immediately ended use of the "CBP-one" cell-phone app that was allowing thousands more illegals into the country every day.

Ended "categorical parole programs" that allowed unlimited numbers of Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans to enter the U.S. and remain.

Rescinded 12 bribem EO's on energy.  Ordered all agency heads to review all regulations that put an "undue burden" on energy production.

Cancels all contracts that burdened energy production.

Dissolved the "American Climate Corps"-- a pro-Democrat propaganda effort.

Ended all funding of Green New Deal programs, *including funds appropriated by the Democrats' so-called "Inflation Reduction Act of 2022" for EV charging stations, until OMB determines that the spending is consistent with recommendations.
   That last will likely be blocked by the courts as being "impoundment."

Ordered that U.S. troops may be used to defend our borders.
  That's so obvious that it shouldn't need to be re-stated, but for decades the Left/Dems have bleated that active-duty military can't be used to enforce U.S. law. That would mean troops couldn't be used on the border--in the absence of a declaration of a state of emergency there.    Ahh, he did that, as noted earlier.  So this order allows troops to defend the border.  But it's almost certain that the Democrats will sue to prevent this.

An EO titled "Holding former government officials accountable for election interference and improper disclosure of sensitive government information."  In the fall of 2019 biden's crack-head son hunty took a dead laptop to a computer repair shop near the family home, and promptly forgot about it.  (Crack does wonders, eh?)
   Owner of the shop fixed the thing and repeatedly called the number hunty wrote on the repair ticket.  Never answered, so he left repeated voice messages.  Hunty never returned, and after 90 days the owner took possession of it.
   In examining the files, he found...all the incriminating emails and pics you've all heard about.
   Horrified by his findings (seeming to suggest the family was taking bribes from China), the shop owner called the FBI--and they blew him off.  But a month later two agents showed up at the shop and seized the laptop and the original of the repair ticket.
   The owner kept expecting the FBI to announce the huge scandal any day, but of course the corrupt Fibbies never did.  Their job is no longer to prevent crime, but is now protecting government officials who commit crimes.
   The FBI didn't know the owner had made a copy of the laptop's hard drive.
   Oooohhhh, now what??
   A copy of that copy made it to the NY Post, whose gutsy editor (Miranda Devine) authenticated the emails and three weeks before the 2020 election the post ran the story on the cover.
   That should have resulted in a massive defeat for the corrupt biden.  But the Deep State barely blinked: a biden campaign advisor with CIA connections contacted his friend with a draft letter saying the story "had all the appearances of 'Russian disinformation,' and got the letter signed by 51 "former intelligence agents" *not one of whom had ever examined the laptop, or even seen it.*
  This was obviously a corrupt effort to get voters to ignore the huge scandal, to give biden the win.  Then Fakebook and Twatter deleted posts about the story so most Americans never saw it.
   Retired intel agents almost always keep their highest security clearance, and use that to make money as consultants to both the CIA and companies.
   Trump's order canceled the clearances for all of the signers, including former Director of National Intelligence John Clapper, CIA directors John Brennan and  Michael Hayden, and John Bolton.
   Take that, corrupt assholes.

Of course hunty can't be prosecuted, since daddy gave him a "pre-emptive pardon" for all crimes, known or unknown.
