Mark Cuban insults female Trump supporters, then lies about it
Everyone mangles a thought from time to time when speaking, and sometimes apologizes for it.
When a person without character says something on video that they later claim they didn't mean, their "apology" is a bit...different. Consider Mark Cuban:
Cuban seems to be one of those people who wants to be popular above everything. So he went on the leftist show The View and said
"Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women, ever. They're intimidating to him. He doesn't like to be challenged by them."
After that snide lie triggered a firestorm of negative comments toward Cuban, yesterday he tried to undo the damage when speaking with the Daily Mail, saying
"It was my mistake and I apologized for it. I certainly wasn't saying anything negative about anyone supporting Trump.*"
Really, Mark? Because you most certainly were sneering at female Trump supporters by implying that none of them were either strong or intelligent. And everyone knows it. If you would have just said "I'm terribly sorry for being a jerk" lots of Americans would have believed you were sincere. But this doesn't do it.
