Easy way to commit vote fraud

Turns out the easiest way for the Dems to steal elections is to simply fail to deliver tens of thousands of mail-in ballots TO voters.

The article at the link describes where that's been happening.

The stolen ballots are then filled out by fraudsters in the name of the addressee.  Many states no longer require witnesses, and if you have a corrupt election "worker" tasked with verifying that the signature on the ballot matches that on file, an illegible scrawl is deemed "close enough."
