Democrat-fellating website Politco supports Dem party's efforts to keep RFK off the ballot
If you've been paying attention (spoiler: you haven't) you know three people other than the One the Media claims is faaabulously competent are running for the Democrat party nomination.
You may know about RFK jr. The others--which you almost certainly have never heard of in the Mainstream Media this year--are Jill Stein (Green Party) and Cornell West (black socialist party). What you may not have heard is the Democrat party--duh party dat constantly screams that they gon' "save ouah precious democracy!--is doing everything it can to prevent all three of those third-party candidates from appearing on any state ballots in November.
Cuz see, Democrat leaders know "democracy" means letting all citizens vote on who they want to be president, right? So in accordance wif' dis principle, duh leaderz of duh Dem party can't allow anyone not chosen by them to appear on a ballot, eh? Cuz dat's how Democrats say "democracy" works, eh?
(For young Americans: that's sarcasm. That's clearly NOT democracy, but Dems want you to believe that's what democracy is.)
So last week Politico--a life-long Democrat-fellating rag--ran a hit-piece on RFK Jr. At the top of the piece was a pic of the candidate, with this caption:
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s popularity appears to be a function of name recognition and a general lack of enthusiasm for President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
Notice how deftly Politico did that: First the sneer that RFK's popularity "appears to be a function of name recognition." Oh, as opposed to biden, who is FAR less popular than any other preznit in moderrn history? The sneer on RFK jr. is very deft.
The second hit--and mind you this is just in the caption to the opening photo--we haven't even gotten to the actual article--is Politico's claim that RFK's "popularity" (by inference undeserved) is due to a "general lack of enthusiasm for both biden and Trump."
Now a "lack of enthusiasm" for biden is understandable: Porridgebrain's approval rating is around 38%, even according to the fake polls. By contrast, Trump is wildly popular with most Republicans. The only reason Nikki Haley got even 30% of the primary vote in a couple of states was because Democrats were allowed to vote in the GOP primary--and did, massively, to make Haley look more popular.
Ever seen video of a Trump rally? His supporters are totally enthusiastic. It's true that the "GOP-e"--the members of the "Uni-party" that has run DC for decades--hate Trump. So naturally the members of that Deep-State-loving "Uni-party" are the people the Democrat-loving Lying Mainstream Media interview as if they were representative of conservatives, eh? So it's no surprise that the average voter believes the Media's claim that the presidential race is a dead heat between two equally unpopular candidates.
Horseshit.
But there's more: last fall the Media constantly bleated that if RFK entered the race as a third-party candidate he'd draw more votes from Trump than from biden. If you're an adult you may have been puzzled by that claim, because as anyone over 30 well knows, RFK is a leftist, thus FAR more attractive to Democrats than Republicans, eh?
But that was what the Mainstream Media claimed the polls showed, eh? And neither the Media nor the pollsters would evah lie to us, right?
But of course the leaders of the Democrat party well knew that the Media claim that RFK would take more votes from Trump than from biden was horseshit, because they know that the leftist Kennedy is far more attractive to Democrats than to conservatives. Which explains the huge effort by the Dem party to keep Kennedy from running as a third-party candidate.
As always, watch what the DO, not what they bleat that they're doing. In this case they claim to be "saving ouah precious democracy," but they're doing everything possible to keep third-party challengers off the ballot.
The lead 'graf describes an RFK rally in a Hispanic neighborhood in Los Angeles like this:
The event had all the trappings of a Democratic candidate’s GOTV rally. But with a bishop, a former Border Patrol supervisor and an anti-vaccine mandate Latino sheriff speaking as well, it could have just as easily been a Republican rally.
Ahh, "could have just as easily been a Republican rally," eh? Think that was an accident? Hell no: Politico was deliberately sneering that RFK was just like the GOP.
Clever, eh? More like "cunning."
Politico's writers and editors know exactly what their mission is, and they're doing it very well.
