ACLU sues over state law refusing to use tax dollars to pay for "sex reassignment surgery" for inmate who murdered toddler

If you wanna see what a total joke our nation's so-called "justice system" has become, consider the following case:

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has sued Indiana's prison system on behalf of a child-killer named Jonathan C. Richardson, who now claimes to be a female and demands to be addressed as "Autumn Cordellionè."

Doesn't that just sound SO elegant?  Heeere's Johnny:


In 2001 Richardson strangled his stepdaughter to death.  She was just 11 months old. According to police reports he told detectives, "All I know is I killed the little f---ing bitch."
 
Big Man Johnny was convicted, and because Indiana is NOT New Yawk or duh Peoples' Republic of California, this piece of unrepentant dogshit was NOT released that afternoon, but was sentenced to 55 years.  The stunner is that due to liberal prosecutors he wasn't charged with murder, but merely "reckless homicide," so astonishingly he escaped execution.

Now, Johnny is a cunning monster.  He know duh wimmin's prison beez much mo'...pleasant...den duh men's prison, eh?  So even though Johnny nevah was girly befo' he went inside, when he hear Merrick Garland's DOJ be encouragin' male child-killers an' rapists to go tranny--so dey get t'go to duh wimmin's pen!--he jump right on dat!

Now to look authentic, Johnny needed to demand duh state pay fo' his sex-change surgery.  Problem is, last year Indiana passed a law--effective last July--that prohibits taxpayer dollars from being used to fund sex-change surgeries for inmates.

WELL!...under the new rules that make trannies a specially-protected group, all pyrsyns claimin' t'be tranny must be allowed to get duh surgeries, eh?  An' if dey beez po', taxpayers must pay fo' it.  So duh ACLU immediately screamed that the state refusing to pay fo' dis was "cruel an' unusual punishment!  Banned by duh 8th Amendment!"  And predictably as the sunrise, they sued on his behalf.

Isn't that faaaabulous, citizens?  The toddler-killer doesn't even need to pay a dime fo' hiz/zhir's attorneys, cuz duh VERY well funded ACLU is paying for everything!

The ACLU claims duh sex-change surgery fo' dis po' toddler-killer beez a "medical necessity."  Of course a few deplorable folks might think it's a bit odd dat dis po' kid-killer nevah thought he wuz a gurl til he heard dat duh biden regime wuz pushin' states to move trannies to duh wimmin's pen.

Oh wait...the ACLU claims the killer has actually identified as a woman since age six!  They say the fact that he never acted on this alleged identity until he discovered a way to get moved to a woman's prison is just a coincidence.

The ACLU also bleats that since the state has provided "other accommodations for the inmate, including "panties, makeup and form-fitting clothing," sex-change surgery is just another "accommodation" taxpayers must satisfy--at taxpayer expense--cuz..."gender dysphoria!"

And at this point most rational Americans think "The prison system provides this toddler-murderer with panties, makeup and form-fitting clothes?  I didn't know even real female inmates demanded--and got--"form-fitting clothes."  Ah, but trannies beez speshul.

The state's Attorney General noted that sex-change surgeries can cost up to $150,000 and claimed they're clearly NOT necessary medical treatment.  "This should be common sense, which is something the ACLU continuously ignores. We will not back down and will continue to back the rule of law," his statement said.

The ACLU attorneys got a good laugh out of that.
