Democrat judge allow Dem-generated lawsuit claiming duh illegals flown to Florida...

Since just after biden was installed, states on the southern border, and Florida, have been suffering under his party's open-borders invasion, suffering a few thousand murders, rapes and drug deaths, and the financial burden of feeding and housing biden's invaders.

Most of the governors complained, but biden's handlers sneered and told 'em to pound sand.
 
So two years ago the governor of one of those southern states decided to do something to make smug, smirking Democrats in a Dem-ruled northern state deal with a tiny bit of what Florida was having to deal with.  He realized that exposing Democrats to the entire nation as utter hypocrites might do the trick.

So he flew a planeload of only about 50 illegals to the rich liberal enclave of Martha's Vineyard--the wealthy island where your former emperor has his $14-million-dollar plantation estate.  It's part of the Democrat-ruled state of Massachusetts.

Before that flight, the liberal Dems who live in this wealthy paradise constantly bleated to the Media dat dey jus' LUUvved "migrants."  But amazingly, after the 50 or so arrived, the liberal Dem residents suddenly had what was once called an "epiphany:" Although they still claimed to love migrants, they decided dey din' love 'em nearly as much as they did when those same invaders were only wreaking havoc in southern states!

The total switch from "We loove 'immigrants'!" to "Get those invaders off our damn island!" took less than 24 hours.  It was funny as hell to watch.

All it took for the wealthy, politically-connected Dems to solve what had suddenly become "a problem" was to simply phone their congresscritters and explain that while they absolutely still loved migrants,  migrants shouldn't be allowed on their island.  And...poof!  Like magic, every one of the 50 or so "migrants" was whisked off the faaaabulously wealthy liberal island and taken to a military base.

It's almost like they were...what's the word I'm looking for here?  Ah yes: deported.

Democrat residents: "SO...problem solved!  But wow, that was really scary for a whole two days, eh?  I mean, all of us love 'migrants'--really!  We just didn't think they'd be happy here.  Yeah, dat it.  And yes, we would have had to feed and house 'em, but that's no problem--wouldn't cost us anything because our friends in DC would cover all the costs, but the problem is providing for migrants isn't our job, right?  That's a job for the unsophisticated deplorables in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Florida.  
    I mean after all, we didn't vote for this!"

"Wait...what?  What do you mean 'We voted for it'?"

That's all background.  Now for the new development: duh Dem party din' wanna have to deal with anything close to that evah again, cuz it made 'em look like the utter, brazen hypocrites we all know they are, right?  So...duh Dems quietly put the illegal invaders in touch with some high-powered Dem attorneys, who got the illegals to say they'd been promised "work and housing" if dey would get on the plane to the wealthy liberal paradise.

Since the attorneys for duh "migrants" are Democrats, they'll have a great chance of getting their lawsuit heard by a liberal judge in Massachusetts.  But IF the case goes to trial [it probably won't], eventually attorneys for Florida would get a chance to "depose" every one of the illegals, under oath.

Democrat: "SO?  Why you tink dat a big deal?"

Because the migrants will all tell different stories.  They will all have been coached on what to say when they're deposed, but the Dem attorneys can't anticipate every question their clients can be asked.  Most won't memorize the answers the Dem attorneys will have coached 'em to give.

The attorneys for Florida and Texas will learn that if ANY claims were actually made by unidentified people to the illegals, they were on the order of "there's this rich playground run by Democrats, and you know Democrats claim to love illegals.  So if you're looking for a great place to go--one where you're likely to get ...well, anything you want...this airplane will take you there for FREE.  Cuz the people who live in Martha's Vineyard are almost all Democrats, and their party is running the U.S. and as you know the Democrat party totally loves people who enter the U.S. illegally!

So IF Texas and Florida have sharp, honest attorneys (instead of Democrat plants), the Democrat lawsuit is unlikely to win, and is likely to be dismissed, at least on appeal.  But here's the suprising twist: losing the suit doesn't matter much to the Democrats, because the real goal is sending a "shot across the bow" (naval term--if you're a young American, look it up) to other states considering the same solution: "If you try this, we'll sue, and cost your state a million or so in legal fees to defend."

It's called "lawfare"--using the legal system to bleed your opponents of money, as the Dems are doing to Trump every single day since Jan of 2021.

The unnamed federal judge in Boston decreed,
    "The Court sees no legitimate purpose for rounding up highly vulnerable individuals on false pretenses and publicly injecting them into a divisive national debate.”

Ah...the two states "rounded them up," y'say?  I highly doubt that, but it sounds so good, eh?  Give it another week and the Narrative will be "Dey tol' us dey would kill us unless we got on duh plane."

The alphabet networks never show the crowds of thousand of "migrants" pouring across the open border every day.  But eventually even non-politican Americans catch a glimpse of those masses of 10,000 people marching north.  Americans are beginning see no damn reason at all for biden and the Dems flooding our nation with 8 million illegals since he was installed back in Jan of 2021.  And almost certainly another 2.5 million before he's gone.

Democrat: "But...but...but dey is almos' all famblies, wif' hepless kiddies!  We gots tuh let 'em in!"

No, sparky, 90 percent of 'em are single males of fighting age.  That lie that "most of 'em iz famblies wif' kids" is utter horseshit.  But you have no way to know that unless you study the endless hours of videos of the migrant "caravans" marching north.

And of course we both know you didn't do that, cuz you iz way too busy!  Yeah, I get it.
