DIE-versity strikes again

Hey citizen, you LOVE DIEversity, right?

Right?  If you wanna keep your job you know what the only allowable reply is, right?

And we all know that big "social media" companies--like Fakebook and Google--are the most ardent supporters of dieversity, right?  Cuz dey woke!  An' if yew iz an exec in some other company, yew need t' be woke too, right?

So...a few years ago Fakebook hired a black female to be a Very Visible, High-Paid Executive fo' dere DIEversity program.  

Wait...what dis?  "Facebook 'diversity chief' pleads guilty to stealing $4m from Fakebook"?

Diversity chief Barbara Furlow-Smiles took kickbacks from "suppliers" who sold the company millions of dollars of...stuff at inflated prices.  In some cases nothing was actually sold, but Smiles paid the fake invoices.

Turns out the suppliers--hired by Smiles-- were her friends and relatives, who charged inflated prices to Facebook and then paid her cash kickbacks.  She pleaded guilty to pocketing over $4 million from this scheme--cuz her princely salary wuzn't enough, eh?

But lackeys for the biden regime would nevah scold Smiles, since she had a double-protected checkmark.  Instead a spokeslackey for the U.S. Attorney's office said the *real* offense was “ignoring the insidious consequences of undermining the importance of her DEI [diversity, equity and inclusion] mission.”

Seriously, the biden lackey said that.

According to Fakebook's website, Ms Furlow-Smiles, 38, was employed as “lead strategist, global head of employee resource groups and diversity engagement” at Facebook (now re-named Meta).

Using her access to a company credit card and authority to approve invoices, Ms Furlow-Smiles paid friends and family for phony goods and services, submitting fraudulent expense reports for “swag” for marketing events.  They then returned most of the money to her in cash.

An FBI rep said "The FBI works hard to make sure greed like this doesn’t pay off and those who commit fraud are held accountable.”   Well, unless you're a member of the biden family, or a high-ranking Democrat congresscritter.

Ms Furlow-Smiles will supposedly be sentenced in March.  Really?  Wanna bet Fakebook (Meta) itself urges leniency for their Die-versity chief?  

My bet: 100 hours of "community service"--very broadly defined--and a year of unsupervised probation.
