“equity:”  “Equality of outcomes regardless of your input and life choices.”

"inclusion:"  "We welcome everyone into our group, provided you agree with everything we do."

We now have people who sneer at the habits of what they call "bourgeois life," which they claim is something to be “dismantled.”  But they still expect the rewards of those dismissed "bourgeois habits."

Perhaps there’s a word for that.
