Outrageous: Dem-ruled states have passed laws allowing schools to help kids sex-change w/o parental consent

Before two years ago, how many of you would have guessed that states would soon pass laws allowing your public-school child to obtain sex-change hormones without parental consent-- even without notifying the parents?

In January of last year the tranny mafia got its supporters in the Washington state legislature to pass a bill--signed into law by the corrupt Jay Inslee--making it legal for children *as young as 13* to get sex-change hormones *without parental consent.*

Indeed, the law allows the "provider" to administer those hormones without even notifying the kid's parents!

Let both of those facts sink in for a minute.  

Of course the law camouflages these decrees as simply providing "confidential treatment for mental health conditions and gender dysphoria," and the cunningly misnamed "gender-affirming health-care," but the effect is exactly as described above.  Again, without parental consent, or even having to tell the parents.

The state also considered a bill that would allow schools to contract with private "providers" to set up "health clinics" on middle and high school campuses.  Six of the eight representatives who sponsored the bill were Democrats--a ratio that bill-recording sites described as "mildly partisan." Parents feared such clinics would talk children into sex-changing (or as all these pro-tranny laws put it, "gender-affirming") treatments such as puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, and blasted their representatives.  The bill didn't make it out of committee, but will undoubtedly be resurrected with more-carefully camouflaged language.

Several other Democrat-ruled states have passed similar laws to provide sex-change hormones--but what the laws always refer to as “gender-affirming health care"--to young teens without parental consent, or even telling parents.  In 2015 Oregon passed a law allowing minors ages 15 and up to obtain puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex change surgeries--all taxpayer-funded, and without parental consent.  In 2018 California passed a similar bill for children in foster care, widely viewed as a trial balloon for a similar law that would apply to all children.

Sure enough, last September Democrat Cali governor Newsom approved a bill providing taxpayer money for “gender-affirming health-care services” including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for youth. Now hundreds of "gender-affirming health-care clinics" are popping up on middle and high school campuses across the state.

Planned Parenthood has jumped to get on this gravy train, adding puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to its list of services. Transgenders on YouTube describe how easy it is to get prescriptions from Planned Parenthood for cross-sex hormones.

Almost no parents have any idea this is happening.

Last year the California Teachers Association-the state’s largest and most powerful teachers union--made it official policy that school health clinics should “provide transgender and nonbinary youth confidential access to decision-making rights for students *and their families.*”  

This is deliberately contradictory: If public schools are providing "confidential access to decision-making rights for students, it means parents aren't being told--which would nullify the next phrase "...and their families."  It's all horseshit, designed to let confused young students get sex-change ops without telling the parents, disguised behind language like "confidential access to decision-making rights for students and their families."  If parents don't know what that means, too bad.

Meanwhile lawmakers in other states who have tried to ban "health-care agencies" from giving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex-change surgeries to minors have been completely unsuccessful. So far, none of those measures has succeeded.

The most recent Washington state bill to take away parental rights would have created a funding channel between school districts and parents’ insurance companies.  The bill even bars insurance companies from disclosing to parents what a specific charge on their bill, for their child, was for.
