A fight for honest elections in Fulton County, Georgia

Suzi Voyles had been monitoring elections in Fulton County, Ga., for 20 years.  Now a poll manager, she was sorting through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November and noticed an alarming uniformity in the markings on ballots for Joe Biden.

Over a hundred of the absentee votes had perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden.  Perfect — except that each of the darkened ovals had the exact same small white crescent inside it--an anomaly that could only be explained if one ballot was copied instead of being marked by hand.

Adding to her suspicions, she noticed that all the ballots with the uniform ovals containing the void were printed on different stock paper than the others she'd handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the razor-thin Nov. 3 presidential election, which the official count showed Biden winning by roughly 12,000 votes.

For Suzi Voyles, the topper was that none of the unusual ballots she examined showed any evidence of ever having been folded or creased.  “All of them were strangely pristine," said Voyles, who said she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County.  But if the ballots were legitimate, they would have had to be folded to fit in a normal envelope to mail them to voters.  It simply wasn't possible that they were legitimate.

In short, the Biden votes looked like they’d been duplicated by a copying machine

(For non-Georgia residents, Fulton County includes most of Atlanta and is totally run by Democrats.)

Voyles wasn’t alone:  At least three other poll workers saw the same thing in stacks of absentee ballots for Biden, and have joined Voyles in swearing under penalty of perjury as to what they saw.

A few weeks ago election watchdogs used those sworn affidavits to help convince a state judge to allow a closer inspection of all 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton county, to look for evidence of fraud.  The watchdogs claim that potentially tens of thousands of ballots may be fraudulent, in a race that Biden was officially reported to have won by just 12,000 votes--most of those in a late surge of mail-in ballots counted after election monitors were told to leave the Atlanta counting location.

The suspect ballots are still in the custody of the county's Democrat election officials.  The judge in the court case had ordered the parties to meet at the storage location on May 28 to settle the terms of the inspection of the ballots, but the day before the scheduled meeting Democrat officials filed a flurry of motions to dismiss the case, blocking the inspection indefinitely.

Gosh, it's almost like they don't want any examination to take place.  If they know there was no fraud,  why are they trying to block the examination?

A hearing on those motions is scheduled for June 21st.  Meanwhile the judge requested that county officials (all Democrats) guard the warehouse around the clock until an inspection takes place.  But strangely, just eight days later, after both sheriff’s deputies drove away from their post at 4am, a door of the warehouse was found unlocked and wide open.

Skeptics asked why both deputies drove off at the same time, in their separate vehicles, at 4am.  So far no one has offered an explanation.  But nothing fishy there at all, citizen.

County officials confirmed that an alarm was triggered on May 29, shortly after the deputies drove away from the building in their patrol cars around 4 a.m. but said a locked room where the ballots are kept was never entered "or compromised.”  So you have to believe 'em, cuz what reason would they have to lie to us about that, eh?

One of the major possible avenues for election fraud is so-called "drop boxes"--unattended and unmonitored--where people could drop off as many ballots as they wished.  These were used for the first time in 2020 under pressure from Democratic groups, which argued that election officials needed to make voting easier for minorities who didn’t trust the mail and feared going to the polls due to the Chinese virus.

The fact that the boxes were unattended, with no ID used and no way to limit the number of ballots dropped off by one person prompted concerns about fraud.

Voting by mail traditionally was limited to voters who had clearly defined and well-documented reasons to be absent from the polls. But Democrats in key swing states lobbied to relax the rules in the middle of the election and amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Democratic chairman of the Fulton County commissioners, Rob Pitts, said “This is nothing more than a circus by those who promote the ‘big lie’ ” that Trump won the election. “The votes have been counted. The elections have been certified. It’s over."  Ah.  We counted all dem votes, so you caint do nuttin'.

Pitts effectively controls the county elections board through his Democratic appointee Mary Carole Cooney, who runs the board. The two are in charge of securing the pallets of the suspicious Biden mail-in ballots auditors are trying to inspect--the ones in the county's insecure warehouse.

But Judge Amero, who federal elections records show is a Democratic donor, felt compelled to unseal the ballots for a forensics review after reading the sworn affidavits submitted by election monitors. Here are key witnesses in the case:

Suzi Voyles, a veteran Fulton poll manager who audited the Nov. 14 recount at Georgia World Congress Center, testified she examined several stacks of ballots of about 100 ballots each from a cardboard box marked “Box No. 5 — Absentee — Batch Numbers 28-36.” She said these ballots “came from the ballot [drop] boxes that had been placed throughout Fulton County.”

“Most of the ballots had already been handled; they had been written on by people, and the edges were worn. They showed obvious use,” she wrote in her affidavit. "However, one batch stood out. It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper,” and these mail-in ballots had never been folded even though they had ostensibly been removed from envelopes.

All but three of the 110 ballots in the bundle — which had been labeled “State Farm Arena” — were marked for Biden and appeared to be identical ballots.

The most “alarming peculiarity” was the identically marked ovals next to Biden’s name. In every ballot, “The bubble next to ‘Joseph R. Biden’ had a slight white crescent in the bubble,” she said, leading her to believe that the batch of 107 Biden ballots had been copied from a single ballot.

The small white crescent Voyles and other auditors saw in the exact same part of the filled-in oval on all 107 ballots for Biden “was alarming to us,” she said. “Every oval was precisely alike.  I had never seen that before in 20 years” of election monitoring.

But she said that when she and other recount workers raised those concerns with county election officials, “we were told not to worry about it."

After Voyles later blew the whistle in affidavits and state election hearings, she was fired as a poll manager by the Fulton County Department of Elections.

Robin Hall, a certified Fulton County recount observer, also testified she witnessed a number of boxes of absentee ballots in which every ballot was marked for Biden, and that appeared to be “perfectly filled out, as if they were pre-printed with the presidential vote selected.  They did not look like a person had filled this out at home.  All of them looked alike."
Judy Aube also worked at the World Congress Center on Nov. 14 where she observed the same thing: “suspicious batches" of mail-in ballots for Biden whose markings appeared identical, as if they had been duplicated by a machine and not filled out by a voter at home.
Barbara Hartman, another election official auditor, also doubted the authenticity of absentee ballots she handled that didn't appear to have ever been folded, as would had to have happened for them to be mailed to a voter.

The veteran poll watchers found no plausible explanation for the anomalies other than possible fraud.

However, election officials have offered an explanation for why the mail-in ballots examined in the stacks did not have folds or creases. They say ballots are sometimes copied onto other paper when they are too damaged to be fed through one of the scanning machines during tabulation. The mailed ballots can be torn or crumpled by postal workers during delivery or by poll workers while opening them and removing them from envelopes, which could prevent the machines from reading them

Before midnight on election night Fulton County elections officials told poll watchers in the tabulation center that counting was being shut down for the night.  Poll watchers and the media left the center, but five Democrat election workers stayed behind and continued to scan ballots for several more hours, with no one watching.  However, security cameras showed workers pulling four large bins--seemingly filled with ballots--out from under a long table covered with a tablecloth that reached the floor.  They ten removed ballots and fed them into the ballot scanners (counters).

The skirted table had been in the center for several hours, during which time no one had removed any of the large bins from under the table.  Because the cloth covering reached the floor, the bins were hidden from view the entire time, until being pulled out after poll watchers had been ordered out.

A computer specialist noted that after all the ballots had been scanned, a feed from the totalizers showed a huge vote spike that turned the election in favor of Biden.   In just over half an hour after workers scanned the suspicious ballots, an election line feed showed a "spike" of over 100,000 votes for Biden.

“Where did those ballots come from and why did they handle them so suspiciously?” Favorito asked.

Voyles noted that by interesting coincidence, the county elections supervisor who oversaw the scanning of the previously-hidden bins full of ballots also helps run the warehouse where the suspect ballots are being stored.

Favorito pointed out that the potential for counterfeit ballots exists in other Georgia counties, not just Fulton.

In fact, two Democrat poll workers blew the whistle on similar anomalies they witnessed in neighboring DeKalb and Cobb counties, where elections are also controlled by Democrats.

Carlos E. Silva swore in an affidavit that he observed a similar "perfect black bubble” in absentee ballots for Biden during the recount he worked in DeKalb County. And while overseeing the Cobb County recount, he swore he “observed absentee ballots being reviewed that had the same perfect bubble that I had seen the night before in DeKalb.  All of these ballots had the same characteristics: they all had the same perfect bubble...and they were all for Biden.”

Silva added, “There were thousands of [mail-in] ballots that just had that perfect oval marked for Biden...and no other votes marked on the rest of the ballot.”

Keep in mind that Silva is a registered Democrat.

Another registered Democrat, Mayra Romera, testified that while monitoring the Cobb County recount she noticed that “hundreds of these ballots were immaculate--no folds or creases.  The bubble selections were perfectly made ... and all happened to be ballots cast for Biden."

My guess is that the Democrats will manage to block any audit until they can manage to get the judge replaced by a reliably corrupt lackey who will dismiss the lawsuit.  It's how they roll.
