Finally, the smoking gun: Fauci grant distributor admits working w/ Wuhan lab to make "killer viruses"

I'm pretty sure this is the smoking gun the Left has been desperately trying to hide.

In 2016--yes, 2016, four years before the Chinese virus attacked the world--the head of a cash conduit between Fauci and Wuhan--Peter Daszak, of EcoHealth Alliance--gave a short speech captured on video in which he admits collaborating with "my colleagues in China" on modifying bat coronaviruses to make them deadly to humans.

Specifically, he says they altered the genetic code of "SARS-like coronaviruses" to create the infamous "spike proteins" that enable the virus to bind to human cells. 

Daszak made the admission at a 2016 forum discussing “emerging infectious diseases and the next pandemic.”  He describes “insert[ing] spike proteins” into viruses to see if they can “bind to human cells” as being carried out by his “colleagues in China”:

“Then when you get a sequence of a virus, and it looks like a relative of a known nasty pathogen, just like we did with SARS. We found other coronaviruses in bats, a whole host of them, some of them looked very similar to SARS. So we sequenced the spike protein: the protein that attaches to cells. Then we… Well I didn’t do this work, but my colleagues in China did the work. You create pseudo particles, you insert the spike proteins from those viruses, see if they bind to human cells. At each step of this you move closer and closer to this virus could really become pathogenic in people.

“You end up with a small number of viruses that really do look like killers,” he added.

Over a dozen research papers carried out under a $3.7 million National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) grant list the Wuhan Lab’s researcher Shi Zhengli as a co-author with Daszak. Shi has noted these Fauci-backed grants on her resume.  Daszak's admission, and the grant records, clearly contradict Fauci’s repeated denial of funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Until March of this year the Wuhan lab listed the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as one of its “partners.”  In March of this year, as investigators began assembling more evidence that the virus was indeed modified--essentially created--in Wuhan, the lab quietly deleted that statement.

Boom.  Say, wonder how long it'll take for the NY Slimes, WaPo and the other crap-media to tell you about this, and then apologize to the nation for ever doubting Trump's claim that the virus was made in China, eh?  Of course you know:  They'll never show you the video, nor will they ever, ever apologize.

Why apologize when you control what passes for the official history, eh?

Now for the kicker:  The original video was on our own C-SPAN back in 2016.  Yet the entire Mainstream Media couldn't find it?  Unbelievable.  (The part excerpted in the link above is about an hour and 30 minutes into the C-SPAN vid.)

The discovery of this "smoking gun" may explain why about two weeks ago the entire Lying Mainstream Media suddenly reversed their sneering ridicule of the "crazy, discredited conspiracy theory" and began to say "Maybe there may be a tiny grain of truth in that crazy conspiracy theory after all."  Maybe they'v known about the video for months but simply counted on no one on our side finding it.  Then when they heard a conservative website had found it, they had to reverse course or else be exposed as the liars they are.
