Summary of Team Biden's* executive orders (etc) signed in the first two days

On his first day as nominal president, Biden* signed 17 executive orders "and other directives."  (Note the source here is "MSN" so Dems can be sure the summary isn't fake.).

THE FOLLOWING WERE ALL ORDERED ON DAY ONE

1. Ordered face masks to be worn on ALL federal property, at all times.  Oh, and six-foot spacing.  Hours later Biden* and his crew violated that order in a group pic, with four couples shoulder to shoulder in front of the Lincoln memorial, with no one wearing a mask.
Later when a reporter asked Biden* press secretary Psaki if, just hours after issuing the "executive order," the unmasked group pic might be seen as a bit...um...hypocritical, Psaki breezily dismissed criticism that by saying "Well, they were celebrating."     Seriously, she said exactly that.  But of course this is what we've come to expect from Dems.  Remember Pelosi and Chitcongo mayor Lightfoot rationalizing why they could get their hair done at the local salon when no one else was allowed to?  Yeah.

2. Order reversing Trump's withdrawal of the U.S. from the corrupt World Health Organization (WHO).
After the corrupt, China-installed head of the WHO made several blatantly false statements about the virus early last year, Trump had said last year the U.S. would leave that organization, removing almost $250 Million per year in U.S. funds.  Biden* wants to signal that false statements are no big deal, and that it's more important that the U.S. continue to give WHO hundreds of millions of dollars per year to represent China.

3. Order extending moratorium on evictions and foreclosures
Ordered the Department of Agriculture [sic] to extend a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures to the end of March to help families thrown out of work due to the lockdowns imposed by Democrat governors.
If you're unclear on why the Ag department controls evictions and foreclosure, it's simple: they put it there cuz no one would think to look there.
The Ag department quickly issued a statement that "the pandemic has triggered an almost unprecedented *housing affordability crisis* in the United States."  This, of course, is bullshit: Housing hasn't become more expensive.  Instead the problem is that Dem-imposed lockdowns made it illegal for people to go to work and earn a living.  But Team Biden* can't admit that, so the DeepStaters at Ag disingenuously call it a "housing affordability crisis in the United States."  Cute, eh?
The obvious next move will be a Democrat-rammed law giving "free" (i.e. taxpayer funded) housing to people who vote Democrat.  Of course it's obviously NOT "free," but the standard Media cover will call it "free."  Also, the bill won't specifically include a provision saying the "free" homes go to Democrat voters, but that will be the effect.  And illegal aliens will be included in the giveaway.  Cuz, fairness, comrade.

4.  Order cancelling Trump's withdrawal of the U.S. from the "Paris climate accords:"
Trump pulled the U.S. out of the accords, correctly recognizing that the stated purpose of the "accords"--setting goals for participating nations to limit their carbon emissions, to "limit global warming to well below" 2 degrees Celsius--would require the U.S. to sacrifice its economy and standard of living, while the heaviest polluters like China and India would be free to continue without penalty.

5.  Order that 1) revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline; 2) permanently ended leasing for oil drilling in the Arctic wildlife refuge; and 3) "temporarily paused" gas leasing in that same area.
The telltale here as to the Democrats' real agenda is the "temporary pause" in leasing to drill for *gas*.  See, both oil and gas need a pipeline to get to a shipping point.  If a pipeline break were to cause an oil spill, that would be a serious problem.  But natural gas doesn't leave a mess on the ground; it dissipates in the air.  So why the "temporary pause" on GAS leasing?  Think about it.  It's not because gas is toxic in the open air.  The Dems just don't want the U.S. to have natural gas (or oil).

6.  "Proclamation" cutting off funds to build the border wall.  CNN immediately, triumphantly said "SEE? Trump broke another campaign promise by not building the entire wall!"

7.  "Memorandum" expanding Obama's confusingly-named "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" (DACA) program.  (MSN used the word "strengthening" instead of "expanding," cuz who could *possibly* object to getting stronger, eh?) This was Obama's unilateral decree ordering that every kid brought into the U.S. by their illegal-alien parents could stay in the U.S. indefinitely, with no concern about being deported.  It amounted to amnesty, but of course using that word would have raised warning flags with many voters, so Obama called it "DACA" since ordinary voters would have no idea what the hell it did.
It's worth noting that "DACA" was never a law, but a decree that in fact violated existing U.S. immigration law.  The Dem had tried to pass such a law earlier, but it didn't pass.  Fortunately Obama was more than willing to get the same result by DECREE.
The new Biden* "memorandum" directs the government to accept new applications for the DACA program and orders the two agencies to "take all actions ... consistent with applicable law, to preserve and fortify DACA."
Again, in case you missed it, DACA has never been law.

8.  Order ending Trump's executive order barring citizens from 7 terror-sponsoring countries from entering the U.S.
From the day Trump issued this directive, the Lying Mainstream Media falsely called it a "Muslim travel ban," even though it did no such thing.  But "Muslim travel ban" was a good weapon to beat Trump with, going well with the other popular buzz-phrase, "Islamophobia."

9.  Ordered that illegal aliens (MSN and Biden* used the term "undocumented immigrants") be counted in the census
The Constitution--which was once considered "the supreme law of the land" but is now routinely ignored by Democrats--specifies that a census be taken every ten years, counting the number of "free persons" in each state.  This count is used to allot House seats.
But the Constitution doesn't specify whether people illegally in the U.S. are to be counted.  Democrats want illegal aliens to count because that gives states with lots of illegals more House seats.  And states with the most illegal aliens are all Democrat.
On the other hand, since more House seats translate to control and money, and since there's no hint that the Founders ever expected vast numbers of illegals would be permitted to stay in the U.S., a great case can be made that the Founders didn't intend for illegal aliens to be counted for the purpose of allocating House seats.
Accordingly, Trump directed that the 2020 census ask respondents if they were in the U.S. legally.  A federal judge immediately ruled that such a question violated some law.  It's not clear on what legal grounds the judge ruled, but because the census forms had to be printed up *right away*, there wasn't time to appeal, and the question was left off.  Yay Democrats!

10.  Ordered ICE and Border Patrol to stop deporting illegal aliens.  (Of course MSN and Biden* used the term "undocumented immigrants.")  Immediately, someone in ICE issued a "directive" to Texas region agents ordering all illegals--about 14,000--to be RELEASED immediately--including those being detained for criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.

When reporters asked agency heads in DC if this was the official Biden* policy, everyone played dumb.  "Gosh, we have no idea where that order came from.  Sure, it says it was sent from our office but right-wingers could have hacked our official email.  You know how clever those right-wing hackers are, eh?  Yeh, dat's it."  Horse shit.

11.  "Memorandum" barring deportation of illegal immigrants from Liberia.
As MSN confusingly described it, the "memorandum" "approved deferred enforced departure for Liberians."  Meaning they can't be deported.
Why are Liberian illegals singled out for special treatment?  Cuz, reasons.

12.  Order "promoting racial equity."  Note that the term "equity" has quietly replaced the term "equality" in all Democrat-passed federal decrees and laws.  You might think those terms are identical.  That's what Team Biden* and the Dems want you to think, cuz who could be against "equality," right?
But the terms are NOT synonymous:  "equity" refers to equality of RESULTS and outcomes, regardless of effort or bad decisions by individuals.
Biden* ordered his office of Infinite Power to "coordinate efforts to embed equity principles, policies, and approaches across the Federal Government."  Ah.  Wonder what government lackey will be tasked with estimating the cost of THAT "order"?
The order also scraps Trump's "1776 Commission," which Trump had tasked with countering the communists' screech that the U.S. was actually founded not in 1776 but in 1619.  If you want a fast assessment of what your kids are learning, ask each for the significance of those two years.  BTW, the communists at MSN called the 1776 commission "controversial."  Cuz the Mainstream Media voted for 1619.

13.  Order barring discrimination based on *gender identity* or sexual orientation.
This is one of the huge bombshells, and it's cleverly buried deep in the list.  And because the MSN story began with Day Three and worked backward, this order was buried about 40 paragraphs deep in the MSN piece.  That's not an accident.
On its face, this order doesn't seem awful: it "simply" orders the head of every government agency to review their policies and rules on discrimination on the basis of "gender identity or sexual orientation."  Then they are to change the ones their boss wants changed.
The order lulls readers with soothing, uncontroversial phrases like "Every person should be treated with respect and dignity and should be able to live without fear..."  No one argues with phrases like that.  But insiders know this is a long-sought goal of the tranny mafia, the real goal of which is to force all sports organizations to let men claiming to be female to compete against what are amusingly called "biological women."  In earlier (read: more sane) times the phrase would have been "real women," but trannies now demand that this term now properly applies to them.  And the Mainstream Media gleefully goes along with the charade, using female pronouns for m-to-f trannies.
Of course you think this is impossible--a scare-story.  Hyperbole.  Well here's the actual relevant text of this underhanded, sneaky POS:

"Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports."

Note the cunning mislead in the opening:  "Children should be able to learn..."  Hey, who could argue with that?  That's the universal political technique: Lead with unquestionably accepted phrases.  But think: what "children" would "worry about whether they will be denied access to the restroom [or] locker room", hmm?  Not kids we could call "traditional boys or girls."  The order is directing that trannies be allowed to use any facility they wish...but without using the specific term "transgender", since that might well cause a few million "traditional" Democrat-voting parents of non-trans kids to feel they've been sold out.
Again, note that the ORDER doesn't use ANY term that would hint at its real intent.  Even the single action-directing sentence begins with a head-fake: "Children should be able to learn..."  Yeah, sure, of course.
But Team Biden* isn't finished yet.  Far from it.  It's the last three words of the only action-directing sentence: "...OR school sports."  What do you think is the intended effect of those three words?  If you think they have no effect you're too damn stupid to breathe.
This phrase will FORCE every school to allow men pretending to be girls to compete against real girls.  There is no other purpose of that phrase.  Wait... if you're an eager Democrat voter, tell the rest of us what you think the purpose of those three words is.  What I expect Democrat partisans to say is, "That innocent 3-word phrase couldn't *possibly* be used to allow boys to compete against girls!!!  It's just words!!"  Ah.
To every Democrat voter:  I hope you have daughters, and I hope they play sports.  And I hope you eventually come to understand how your vote ended up allowing the trans activists on Team Biden*--with Biden's* full knowledge--to sacrifice your daughters to appease the 0.01% of the population that comprises the trans lobby.

14.  Order requiring government appointees to sign an ethics pledge.  Signers will pledge not to accept gifts *from registered lobbyists*.
This one is just window dressing, and funny as hell in view of Biden's* son Hunter's million-dollar-a-year no-work post on the board of a Ukrainian energy company.  Of course this order does NOT apply to *elected* people, as we could have predicted.  They're free to take any bribe they want, if they're just clever enough not to get caught.  Or have Connections.

15.  "Memorandum" seeking recomendations for "improving regulatory review."
Hey, who could possibily be concerned about "improving" anything, eh?  Well, until you get to the actual, y'know, goals: "suggestions on how the regulatory review process can promote...social welfare, racial justice, environmental stewardship, human dignity [and] equity."

Short answer:  To win regulatory approval for any new non-government projects, like pipelines or generating plants, the project will have to devote a large percentage of its budget to promoting "equity" and "social justice."  Of course these terms are totally unquantifiable, and no matter how many hundreds of millions of dollars the company will "volutarily" dedicate to those two ends, it will never be enough.  And just like the Keystone XL pipeline just cancelled hours earlier by Biden*, a company can get every required permit, borrow a few billion dollars to buy materials, get the pipe laid out ready to go, and then have some ignorant, power-mad, anti-American Democrat asshole say "Nope!  Those permits are hereby revoked, cuz BLM says you didn't give 'em enough for 'equity.'  You're cancelled."

NOTE THAT EVERY ORDER ABOVE WAS SIGNED WITHIN HOURS OF BIDEN'S* FAUX-INAUGURATION

HERE'S DAY TWO:

16.  Orders everyone to wear facemasks on public transportation, including trains.
Biden* and his people apparently don't care that the CDC says masks don't help.  Of course "help" isn't the point.  It's conditioning you to obey bullshit orders--and equally important, giving Karens the power to report people who don't obey--a power trip they love.

17.  Order to "mitigate inequities caused or exacerbated by" the virus.
Creates yet another virus-related, infinite-lasting agency: "COVID-19 Health Equity Task Force," to address "systemic inequalities that existed before or have broken open during the coronavirus pandemic."

18.  Order creating a "coronavirus testing board"

19. "Directive" ordering increased support for international pandemic response efforts
Among the actions ordered are increasing cooperation with the World Health Org, developing a "diplomatic outreach plan" and examining if existing sanctions are "unduly hindering responses to the plandemic."

DAY THREE

20.  Order making it harder to fire federal employees.
It's a standing joke that it's virtually impossible to fire a federal employee, even for cause. Like, not working.  Or intentionally obstructing presidential policy. The Trump administration had issued regulations making it easier to fire such slugs or saboteurs.
Biden's* order revoked those regulations, once more making it impossible to fire bad employees.  Do ya think that will improve efficiency, or reduce it?
The order also commands officials to report their recommendations to promote a $15 per hour minimum wage for federal workers.

21.  Order to increase EBT money by 15%.
The theory is that because teachers in cities like Chitcongo are refusing to teach in the classroom, kids aren't getting fed in school.  Also expands the program formerly called "food stamps" to make more people eligible.  MSN said "About 12 million people will now be covered under that program."  But Wiki says 9.5 million *families" and 40 million people.  So I suspect MSN's "12 million people" is actually 12 million families, meaning about 8 million MORE people.  But who knows?  In fact, who cares?  It's like Kamala and Joe saying--repeatedly, deliberately--that 220 MILLION Americans had died of the corona virus.  That would be two-thirds of the population!  But no media asshole said a critical word.  No one corrected the bullshit.  No one cares, because there's nothing you can do about it.
The phrase "Who is John Galt?" was intended as a resigned shrug.

22.  Ordered government agencies to "identify ways to mitigate the economic crisis."
This one is an absolute howler.  Cuz ending the economic crisis is easy: End the f'ng lockdowns and let people go back to work.

23.  Ordered Treasury to "expand and improve delivery of Economic Impact Payments," including setting up an online portal Americans (or fraudsters claiming to be Americans) can use to claim their checks.  Of course you DO realize that we've already identified $40 BILLION in "stimulus payments" to fraudsters.  This will make it easier.  But hey, who cares, eh?

24.  Order allowing workers to turn down job offers and still qualify for unemployment insurance.
Okay, his order actually "requested the Labor Department to consider a clarification to its rules" that would do this.  Gee, I wonder if anyone at Labor will NOT get the big-ass hint as to what result Team Biden* wants, eh?

Again, all of the above ORDERS were signed in just first two days.   Thanks, Democrats.  Thanks, cowardly judges.
