Rulers pushing "sustainable development" seem to be contradicting themselves

Hadn't seen these interesting circle pins before.  Supposedly for "The 2030 agenda for sustainable development."  

Wait...seems to me that the commies have been screaming that residents of  undeveloped nations use way fewer resources than westerners, eh?  In that case, seems to me that any leader who really wanted "sustainable" wouldn't want to import millions of africans into Europe, eh?

Gosh, almost seems like they're contradicting themselves...again.  As always.
