Mugger chokes 64-year-old woman in broad daylight in NYC

In the shit-hole, lawless cesspool known as New York City, in the middle of the day a big black mugger sneaks up behind a 64-year-old woman, puts her in a choke-hold, throws her to the ground, takes her purse and cell phone and...casually saunters away.

And the Democrat communist mayor, deBlabio, wants to defund the cops.  Yeah, that'll make things better.
