Federal judge in riot-wracked Portland orders cops NOT to use tear gas to disperse rioters

Riot in Portland again last night.  Which strikes most people as about as unusual as a hot day in summer, eh?

Cops used tear-gas to disperse the mob.  As everyone should know, tear gas is a non-lethal agent that makes people want to be somewhere else in a hurry.  In a riot, you'd think most rational people would prefer that tear gas be used instead of rubber bullets, but of course leftists want to take every tool away from the cops, since that will let them destroy without risk.

Buried deep in the story was this interesting tidbit: Antifa supporters asked a federal judge to order the cops not to use tear gas.  And sure enough, in June a federal judge in Portland issued an ORDER that did as Antifa asked, barring cops from using tear gas for two weeks unless lives were at risk.

Now here's a question for rational adults:  What effect do you think this moronic, socialist judge's ORDER would predictably have on the eagerness of Antifa/BLM to riot?  Do you think they'd be more likely to riot, or less likely?
