NYC contact tracers told: "Don’t ask people if they’ve attended protests"

New York has instituted a massive "contact tracking" program that's designed to trace everyone a virus-carrier has come in contact with.  Okay.  But oddly, the mayor's office has instructed the contact trackers NOT to ask people if they've attended any of the recent massive looting-and-arson festivals--you know, the ones billed by the media as "mostly peaceful protests."

Of course this is so absurd, so insane, as to be impossible to believe, eh?   But Avery Cohen, a spokesperson for de Blasio, wrote in an email “No person will be asked...if they attended a protest.”

But if contact trackers didn't know a virus-carrier had been to a protest, the results would completely exonerate protests as a means of transmitting the virus.

That would mean that any spike in virus case would be attributed to re-opening businesses hammered by the forced stay-home orders in all but two states.

Wow, and here the Media has been smuglly assuring us that New York is the home of reason and science-believers!  It's why Cuomo ordered nursing homes to accept patients known to have the Chinese virus--cuz Cuomo Knows Science!  And so what if over 10,000 elderly nursing-home residents died because of that order, eh?  I mean, they were gonna die soon anyway, right?

You'd think honest researchers and so-called "health experts" would want to know if the protests helping spread the virus.  But with the "don't ask" order--straight from City Hall--that question won't be answered.
