Arsonist sets fires in all-female dorm at 4 a.m., arrested but allowed to walk out without posting bail, cuz...
In the charmless Democrat-ruled cesspool that is New York City, at 4 a.m week ago a man kicked through the glass door of an all-female dormitory of Yeshiva University and quickly started three fires.
Firefighters arrived, put out the fires, and fire marshals arrested the arsonist.
Now, what do you think happened next?
"Wait, setting three fires in an occupied dormitory at 4 a.m. could have killed people! For this guy to be released without bail, as you just claimed, would mean New York politicians now consider arson a "minor crime"! That's too insane to be true! You must be one of those dumb "right-wing nuts" the NY Times keeps warning us about! I mean, who would be stupid enough to believe that a Democrat politician would pass a law that ordered arsonists to be released without even having to post bail?"
Well insane as it sounds, that's New York policy under a Democrat mayor and governor.

But you're right to question the source for a story as hard to believe as this one, cuz I'll admit the source constantly makes up stories to advance its agenda, so...okay, it's the New York Times.

Because freeing arsonists or rapists or someone who shot someone else but didn't kill the victim, without requiring the perp to post bail has become the newest hot-button cause for Leftists and Democrats. Meaning they'll be trying to ram this through in every Dem-ruled state soon.

- b) He was released after posting $2,000 bail; or
- c) The judge declared him a "clear danger to the public" and ordered him held in jail until trial; or
