Migrant cuts throat of Swedish student, then brags to friends about it

This past April a Sudanese "migrant" in Sweden stabbed a Swedish graduate student 13 times, then cut his throat.  The man bled to death in his apartment.  The murderer later bragged to his friends about the killing, saying “I would have done it again."

The killer, Suleman Suleman, is described as a violent career criminal, but hasn't been sentenced to prison for many of his violent crimes.  Instead, idiot Swedish leftist judges have ruled that the "proper" course of action was “an ambitious treatment” instead of imprisonment.

The crime scene was awash in the victim's blood, but in the fashion typical of liberal "politically-correct" governments, authorities refused to release several photos of the crime scene because they didn't want to fan anti-migrant sentiment.

The killer's first conviction in Sweden came in 2007, for car theft.  That was followed by 23 other crimes, including robbing and threatening to kill two young Swedes in 2011.

On another occasion the same year, Suleman was on a commuter train with some fellow Sudanese.  He began relieving himself in the middle of the floor.  When a young Swede objected, Suleman and his thug friends severely beat the Swedish man – including hitting him on the head with a bottle.

Now, people murder others every day.  The reason this particular case is worth mentioning is to point out the idiocy of the Swedish "justice" system.  Specifically, that country's liberal judges.  If you constantly allow convicted violent thugs to remain free, how can anyone possibly be surprised when those thugs continue killing, beating, threatening and selling drugs?

And by the way:  If this murderer's sentence isn't overturned by a higher court--which, given the current mentality in Swedish courts, it may well be--the killer will be released in just 11 years.

Gosh, this seems sorta familiar:  Oh yeah:  It's just like Seattle's "Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion" program, which reduces arrests for illegal drugs, by...simply ordering cops not to enforce the laws against public sale or use of small amounts of drugs.  Sweden has just taken the idea one step farther.

Oh wait--Obama did much the same thing:  Ordered border patrol agents not to deport illegal alien invaders even if they'd been convicted of crimes, and had illegally re-entered the U.S. dozens of times.  And ya know, it worked like a charm!

And ya know what's more?  Now that we have a president who thinks what are quaintly called "laws" should be either changed by that critter called "congress," or else enforced, California has passed a law that flat-out bans state cops and officials from cooperating with federal agents to enforce national immigration law.

Interesting.  There used to be a well-established principle of law that said state laws couldn't contravene federal law.  So when congress passed, say, the voting rights act, no state was allowed to have a more restrictive law.  But now a liberal court has ruled that California doesn't have to comply with federal law.  In fact, that court went even farther and said the feds couldn't even withhold discretionary funding from CA to try to get the state to help enforce immigration law.

If I were president I'd order the governor and legislators arrested, and surround the jail with federal marshalls.  Either that or the Dems just changed U.S. law to allow the states to defy federal law.

But I'm sorta intolerant about stuff like that.
