Putin has troops ready to invade; Obama counters with devastating hashtag
How far, you may wonder, has the United States fallen under the anti-leadership of our socialist occupier of the Oval Office?
Here's how far: Russia has thousands of crack troops massed on the borders of that part of Ukraine that it hasn't already taken over. They're threatening to invade if the Ukrainians don't surrender and allow Russia to appoint the head of the new province.
So how does the Obama administration respond?
With a cutesie hashtag:
Obozo may have cut funds for the armed forces but he is reeealy kickin' ass in the hashtag wars.
Obama has one overriding interest: pretending he's taken seriously by other world leaders. He needs this illusion to retain any shred of influence on domestic issues.
Putin looks at the Obama administration and sees it for what it is -- concerned almost exclusively with the next poll and the next #HashtagEvent.
Weak. Insipid. Small.
To those of you who voted for him: Hope you're happy with what you've done to to what was once the world's greatest nation.
Oh, and this serious-looking negotiator? This would be Ms. Psaki, presenting the "We're reeeally serious about this Ukraine thingy" position.

Wow! "UnitedforUkraine." Hey, that will make Putin think twice! The world stands #UnitedforUkraine. Let’s hope that the #Kremlin & @mfa_russia will live by the promise of hashtag
