Republican senator Rand Paul does an annual report on idiotic government grants.  Examples:

The corrupt wokies gave some shithead $4,600,000 of your tax dollars to find out whether getting drunk makes you FALL DOWN.

A $3,000,000 grant to study whether eating ants would reduce Global Warming.  Wait, dat now called "Climate Change."

$7,000,000 on a “smart toilet” that photographs your backside.

Corruptocrats even sent your money to other nations to teach foreigners how to game our system for grants.

Why does this sort of crap continue, year after year, even after it's obvious that our massive national debt will destroy us?

Because the corruptocrats know that the government declares bankruptcy there won't be any more chances to steal.  So the time to steal is now.
