One claims "I'm Doctor Science," the other claims to be a woman. 

 

For young Americans and Democrats: as should be obvious, the creature in purple isn't female, so obviously wouldn't need a gynecologist.  Instead it's a tranny named Richard Levine, hand-picked by bribem to be America's director of health at HHS.

It's an inside joke by the Democrats on conservatives: the director of "health" (including mental health) being a tranny.  Too funny, eh?  

Amusingly, by LAW the director of health is made a four-star admiral in the "U.S. Public Health Service," which was another Democrat joke on conservatives: "Four-star tranny admiral."  Are you laughing yet?  Russia and China had to be shaking their heads with amazement--or laughing their asses off.
