VP of school board in NY arrested on child sex charges

 In New York, the vice-president of a school board--  who bragged that he was the first drag queen elected to a public school board--was arrested on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.

Travis Barr Longo, 46, faces four counts.

In most places school board members are elected.  Wow, if only there'd been some tiny hint that maybe something wasn't quite right about Travis, eh?

Just kidding.  It's New York, so the guy could have gotten elected even if he'd bragged about being a big distributor of child porn or drugs or being a militant tranny or...well, almost anything.  Except being a Republican.  That wouldn't have worked well in NY.
