On a lighter note...

A discussion was underway on a website about men dating younger women, an angry woman posted this:

"Women dating older men is normal. Men dating younger women is just weird."  

So to her, younger women deciding to date older men--whether because they found older men more physically attractive or to gain a more luxurious lifestyle--was perfectly reasonable.  After all, the women were freely choosing who they wanted to date, eh?  Perfectly reasonable.

So women freely choosing to date older, wealthier men was totally different from men freely choosing to date younger women.  The first was fine, but men freely choosing to date younger women was "weird"--outrageous.  

By her "reasoning," whenever there was a big difference in ages between a couple, the female was perfectly normal, but the man in the same relationship was "weird," eh?

This is why most women are Democrats: they don't see a thing wrong with the reasoning that "It's fine if our side does X, but outrageous if your side does it." 

Double-standard, certainly.  Also illogical, lunatic...and far too common.
