Tranny hangs trans flag on El Capitan in Yosemite, gets fired, sues

Defacing a national park is a crime.  If someone hung a pro-Trump or anti-Chinese flag on a popular and highly visible attraction in a national park, that person would be fined.

Well, unless the person is a member of a group beloved and protected by leftist judges, like a tranny who worked as a "ranger" at Yosemite National Park who hung a tranny flag on El Capitan.

The person wasn't fined, but was fired--and has now sued the Department of the Interior, alleging that being fired for hanging a flag on one of the most prominent attractions in the park violated their freedom of speech.

The lawsuit--filed in the notoriously left-wing DC district court--claims the firing violated the tranny’s First Amendment and Privacy Act rights. Joslin asked to get their job at Yosemite back, and for a guarantee that the right to free speech would be upheld in Yosemite.

Yes, citizen, if this lawsuit succeeds, ALL citizens will have the right to hang signs and flags on public property without penalty.

The tranny told the Media that the Trump administration "wants to take away basic constitutional rights and ruin the lives of people who think or are different from them.”

If the tranny mafia get away with this, I suspect other "special" groups will sue for the right to spray-paint any public space without penalty--since that's a type of "speech," eh?
