In the Dem shithole of Portland, Oregon, protesters have been "demonstrating"--blocking the ICE facility--for about 100 straight nights now.

The mayor of the shithole is a Democrat/leftist, and he's ordered his cops to stand down--do nothing. The governor of the state is a lesbian Dem leftist, married to a woman, so you KNOW she won't do shit against her supporters, eh?

Dems laugh: "Neener neener neener, Orange Hitler! We will NOT let you enforce valid U.S. immigration law here! And because our partei controls both the city and state, thus the cops at both levels, there ain't shit yew kin doo about it! Hahahahahaha!" And under bribem the exploding fireworks and bullhorns would go on for another 3.5 years.

But wait...is it possible something's changed?

Hugely: we now have a president who says "Enough of the Democrats' 'open borders' bullshit, flying illegals to U.S. cities far from the Mexican border at taxpayer expense!" Trump says, in effect, "We will enforce valid U.S. law, and if congress wants to repeal the law, of course we'll obey the new open-borders law. We don't think they'll do that cuz they'd lose their cushy seats."

Democrats say "Yew do NOT have the authority to enforce U.S. law. Besides, we Dems don't have to obey any laws we don't like!"

So Trump "federalized" the Oregon National Guard, ordering 200 members to protect the ICE facility from the violent protesters.

Instantly Oregon's lesbian governor sued, claiming "Dere iz NO problem in Portland! Duh only thing happenin' iz peaceful protests, an' we loves protesters! Yep yep yep! So any videos yew see dat look violent beez all fake!"

And instantly again, like clockwork, a federal judge in Oregon DECREED that Trump lacked the authority to deploy the Oregon Guard.

So Trump ordered 300 members of the California Guard to Portland. And instantly Tina Kotek went to the same leftist judge to get that blocked too. Here's the headline by communist, Democrat-fellating CNN (lots of static on the Internet now so some of the text below may not be exact):

Oregon to return to court to challenge Trump administration’s deployment of California National Guard to Portland

Today (Sunday, 5 October) the totally dreamy Gavin Newsom--the man we need to be ouah nex' prezzy!--announced that Orange Hitler has ordered 300 California National Guard members to Portland, Oregon, after a judge ordered that Orange Hitler lacked the authority to use the Oregon National Guard.

Duh female judge accepted the state's claim dat dere iz no unrest whatsoever in Portland, and that deplorable residents who live across the street from the ICE facility and have been complaining for 100 days about bullhorns and air horns blasted by peaceful protesters at 3 a.m. are, like, totally out of line.

"Nothing in the silly, archaic Constitution guarantees people the right to quiet after ten p.m. or midnight or 2 a.m," she said. "In fact, I'm thinking about ordering that all anti-noise laws across the country be waived to allow Democrats to protest at any hour they want," she added.

When a reporter asked if this ruling would also apply to conservative protesters the judge replied "I never answer hypothetical questions! We'd have to assess the situation if it ever happens."

Armed with the judge's ruling, Oregon's faaaabulous Democrat attorney-general Dan Rayfield says he plans to return to the same court to block Trump's new order deploying the California National Guard to Portland.

“Duh judge dun ruled dat Trump couldn't federalize the Oregon National Guard, so duh same logic means he cain't doo dat wif the California National Guard either,” said Rayfield.

Oregon's totally progressive, hip, cool female governor said “There is no need for military intervention in Oregon. There is no insurrection in Portland. ICE is just acting like a bunch of whiny pussies--not that there's anything derogatory about that!"

The anarchy described by Orange Hitler is strongly disputed by locals who say they don’t want or need federal help. Not a single protester interviewed by CNN for this story said there was any need for federal troops.

The RULING Saturday by US District Judge Karin Immergut – a Trump appointee – said the president appeared to have no authority to federalized the Oregon National Guard, and that the protests in Portland “did not pose a ‘danger of a rebellion.’” The judge said the state "showed substantial evidence that the protests at the Portland ICE facility were not significantly violent.”

Finally the judge capped her decree by noting that all the recent "incidents" cited by the Trump administration of protesters clashing with federal officers "could have been handled by regular city and state police.” When attorneys for Orange Hitler noted that the problem with that reasoning was that the Dem mayor and governor had ordered cops to do nothing, the judge smiled and said "Well they have that power, so tough shit."

The female judge said "incidents" at the Portland ICE facility are “categorically different” from the violence seen in Los Angeles when the president federalized troops there.

“Neither outside the Portland ICE facility nor elsewhere in the City of Portland was there unlawful activity akin to what was occurring in Los Angeles leading up to June 7, 2025,” the judge wrote. "Presidents are not kings, and cannot call out the Guard unless peaceful demonstrators have burned over 10% of a city. It's right there in the Constitution."
