Leftist teachers'-union prez Randi Weingarten used Kirk's murder to claim Trump is a fascist

The assassination of Charlie Kirk was a clear signal to rational Americans that the Left/Democrats have succeeded in fanning the flames of insanity in their supporters.  But for Randi Weingarten--the insane, incompetent leftist president of the American Federation of Teachers--it was a chance to fan those flames even higher.

Weingarten saw this as the perfect time to launch her new book, "Why Fascists Fear Teachers," in which she equates Donald Trump and conservatives to history's greatest evils, smearing them as "fascists."

For those who never heard, or Dems who have the memory span of mice, one bullet casing found with the assassin's rifle allegedly bore the inscription "Hey fascist! Catch!"    

Weingarten is hardly alone.  A few days after Kirk's murder a vice president at Weingarten's union *and president of the American Association of University Professors, Todd Wolfson--ranted on social media that "Trump is the enemy." 

On Fakebook Wolfson wrote "The assassin was a disturbed right-wing kid... that likely murdered Kirk because [Kirk] was not right-wing enough."

Seriously.

The rot runs deep in the teachers' unions, and it starts at the very top. Hundreds of so-called educators publicly rejoiced in Kirk's assassination, posting gleeful messages that crossed every line of decency.  When parents and others objected, union officials dismissed the objections as "baseless online smear campaigns."

"Baseless," eh sparky?

The Texas affiliate of Weingarten's union emailed members pledging to "vigorously defend" teachers "targeted" for celebrating Kirk's death online, and Weingarten herself issued a formal statement defending these teachers' "free speech."

Sure, they have the right to spew whatever venom they want on their own time -- but school systems and taxpayers shouldn't be forced to keep these demons on payroll to indoctrinate children with sick, divisive rhetoric.

And if you thought Weingarten and her union would stop their lies for at least a few weeks after the leftist tranny-lover shot Charlie, think again:  Instead, her union members are brazenly claiming they're the real victims."

Seriously: This year the AFT passed a resolution aimed at "protecting public education from "right-wing extremism."
