You're looking at a cutesie Democrat protest in North Carolina.  If you can't read the banner the precious Democrat bitch is carrying, it's a pic of a bloody guillotine, with the caption "In these difficult times some cuts may be necessary."  And the severed head on the right appears to be taken as Trump's.

Now, the fact that moronic Dem storm-troopers carry banners calling--cutely, of course--for the president to be guillotined is typical.  What's alarming is that a Democrat LAWMAKER--a state legislator--found this display totally delightful.  Not a single critical word.
