Even if you don't have kids, you need to know how cunningly the tranny mafia have used school boards ruled by wokiez to push kids to change genders.

Average Democrat:  "I don't have kids, so why would I need to know dis?"

Answer: Because it shows you how the destroyers have learned how to capture "rule-making bodies" to accomplish their agendas, despite the fact that a huge majority of the public would never approve those things.

So consider this: If a student asks a school nurse for an aspirin for a headache, state laws demand that the school notify the student's parents.  But in the shithole Dem-ruled state of New Jersey, if a 12-year-old boy wants to be called Linda, the state Department of "Education" has ORDERED that schools CANNOT notify parents.  

The corrupt pro-tranny politicians claim dat because we needz to keep duh tranny studen safe frum xir's parents.  So see?  It's all about *safety,* citizen!

Oh wait...it's not a law.  Instead it's a "regulation," issued five years ago by the pro-tranny, Democrat-ruled NJ Department of Education.  See, New Jersey and federal law have "boilerplate" provisions requiring schools to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students. So if a student decides to change genders, since many parents are less than thrilled, those parents might oppose the sex-change.  

Since the tranny mafia claim parents opposing sex-change is harmful (!), the DOE said the school could NOT notify parents, since that could trigger opposition, thus "harm."

See how beautifully they're crafted that?

As you might have guessed, a handful of parents stood up and said "Not while we're alive, assholes."  And three sane schools systems in New Jersey refused to bow.  So the state said "Okay, local schools boards can make your own decisions for your schools," and that was that.

Hahahahahahahaha!  Just kidding!  Can you imagine, in your wildest dreams, any bureaucrat backing down for any reason other than threat of painful death?  Yeah, me neither.  The sons of bitches have infinite taxpayer funds to pay oily, corrupt, woke, pro-tranny attorneys to fight parents in court until the parents run out of money to fight.

So literally *hours* after the three local NJ school systems said they would require their school staff to notify parents if their kid wanted to change their names, demanded to be called by new pronouns, or requested to use opposite-sex facilities--defying the non-law RULE by the corruptotrans DOE--the state's corrupt attorney general sued the three school districts.

The corrupt a-g said in a statement that the state “will not tolerate any action by schools that threatens the health and safety” of children.  See, schools and politicians are superior beings, with superior wisdom, so they're allowed to urge kids to "transition" without telling parents.  By contrast, the a-g claims parents who try to change their child's mind, or at least urge the kid to wait until age 18 are stupid and have no rights.  See?

So now the attorney-general of NJ--like all wokie Democrat bureaucrats--has RULED that cutting perfect body parts off kids is "being healthy and safe," while seeking to not do that, or postpone it til age 18 is unsafe.

This will get a LOT worse.  Politician and their bureaucratic toadies NEVER back off, never apologize.  And the bidenharris regime has already said they will consider all the provisions of Title IX to include the key provision "or gender," meaning the regime is likely to condition receiving federal funds on schools keeping tranny students secret from parents.
