Democrats have found a foolproof way to rig elections--*without having to rely on rigged voting machines*
A few years ago the Democrat party discovered a way to rig elections even without using rigged vote-counting machines: Set up "tax-exempt non-profit" front groups--specifically permitted under section 501(c)(3) of the tax "code." (And "code" is exactly the right term.)
For corrupt Democrats, a 501(c)(3) organization is a license to steal. Donations to such groups are tax-deductible, AND the groups are exempt from paying taxes on the income. So such groups would be ideal for funneling money to a political party or its candidates--except that by law such organizations are prohibited from participating in or intervening in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for elective public office.
The law further explains that this ban applies regardless of whether such participation is "direct or indirect."
But the Dems found a solution: Since they knew the IRS was staffed by hard-core Democrats at all levels, the Dems simply ignored the law, knowing that the IRS wouldn't prosecute. Simple!
Examples abound: Fakebook founder Zuckerberg donated a cool $419 million to 501(c)(3) orgs to increase the vote just in Democrat cities in swing states. The donation was legal and tax-deductible, but the attempt to win more votes for the Dem party was barred by law. But the IRS ignored it.
A decade ago IRS official Lois Lerner--a Democrat in charge of awarding non-profit designations--was found to have blocked applications from conservative groups for non-profit status for years, while applications from leftist groups routinely sailed through in three weeks. (The IRS was ordered to produce Lerner's computer hard drives, to find whether higher-ups in the Obama regime had ordered her to do this. Mysteriously, she claimed to have had three hard-drive crashes in three years, wiping out all her emails. Equally mysteriously, the IRS claimed to be unable to locate ANY of the legally-required backup tapes. Obvious horseshit, but they got away with it.)
In 2020 Patrice Cullors--a co-founder of BLM--won non-profit charity status from the IRS. Wokie corporations wanting good PR gave 'em $90 MILLION or so in 2020 alone, and Cullors promptly bought half a dozen expensive homes--including a $6 million mansion--with the money. She and the organization were required (like all orgs with 501(c)(3) designations) to file annual reports of income and spending. Neither she nor the org did, but the IRS cunningly didn't revoke BLM's tax-exempt status. The organization still hasn't filed the required disclosures for any year, and most of the donations are simply unaccounted for.
But because the IRS is staffed by Dem deep-staters, the agency simply ignores violations of the tax code by Democrat organizations.
It's a fabulous scam. And when the IRS is asked why they don't prosecute these glaring, obvious violations of federal law they either say nothing, or claim they're just too busy and need more money and staff--so they can go after hard-working taxpayers for underpaying taxes by $500 or so.
