CNN claims 40% of Dems fear court could **outlaw a woman's right to contraception?!** Unhinged Dems.

After the Dems cunningly leaked the draft SC opinion on Roe, CNN--which some believe is a "cable newz network"-- took a poll to find out what percentage of Americans were outraged by the draft.  Reassuringly for Democrats, CNN reported that almost everyone they polled thought leaking the draft was perfectly fine, and that almost no one they polled wanted Roe overturned.

And those alleged results played perfectly into the key next question: "Should the Supreme Court base decisions on public opinion?"  CNN reported that almost everyone agreed with that.

So there ya go, people.  CNN has "reported" a poll they paid for.  Hmmm...  But a look at some of the other results show that just maybe the people CNN supposedly polled are...not to put too fine a point on it...goofy.

For example, the poll asked respondents if they believed the opinion might mean OTHER things the left prizes would be in danger.  A whopping 57% of Democrat respondents said they thought it likely that same-sex marriage was threatened.

Of course CNN didn't phrase it that way, but instead said we were "more likely to see a couple's right to marry regardless of their gender" "threatened."

40% of Dem respondents believed the court might well "outlaw a woman's right to use contraception."

Notice how perfectly that last question dovetails with the (fake) "threat" to "make all abortion illegal"--which wouldn't happen even if Roe is overturned.  But it inflames the public, which was the point.

I think the results show, very well, the fact that Democrat voters are a) highly susceptible to being scared by astronomically unlikely events; b) unaware of what the draft actually says; and c) poorly informed about how the court arrived at the conclusion put forth in the draft opinion--which makes NO judgment or conclusions about whether abortion should be legal or not, but simply notes that there was no legal, Constitutional basis for the decision made 48 years ago.

The court that made the original ruling simply declared that the Constitution implicitly recognized a "right to privacy" and to bodily autonomy.  Yet an endless number of subsequent government DECREES violate both, yet have not been declared unconstitutional.  For example, the biden regime ORDERED everyone to take the experimental jab.  So much for "bodily autonomy," eh?

And the Roe court said there's a constitutional right to privacy?  The biden regime has been tracking cell phones and DEMANDING that cell providers turn over phone records without a warrant.  So apparently there's no right to privacy after all.

But to Democrats, logic doesn't enter into this.  They want what they want, regardless of contradictions.
