In 1970, at the age of 31, KGB operative Bezmenov defected to Canada.  Over the next ten years he gave numerous video interviews describing how the communist party was well into a carefully-planned effort to destroy the U.S.

Comparing what he revealed to what we've seen in the last 40 years--and continue to see today--it seems clear that he was telling the truth.
