Biden*fail's corrupt DOJ issues brazen, written threat to try to block election audits
This threat is in a letter titled "Federal law constraints on post-election 'audits.' " And note the sneer-quotes around "audits" are in the original, implying that the "audits" aren't really audits. The reader is invited to conclude that ANY audit by a state is actually a sinister attempt to do wrong, rather than an effort to see whether hundreds of thousands of votes counted were in fact fraudulent, thus illegal.
The document is a brazen, open threat, designed to prevent any more audits. And if you know any law you can easily see it's utter bullshit--a patchwork of unrelated case law designed to look threatening and official, but which is in fact not on point with what's happening.
To give just one example, Garland's flying monkeys devote a couple of pages to saying federal law (the Voting Rights Act) makes it a crime to attempt to intimidate voters. True, and reasonable, right? But there's no possible way an audit 8 months after the election could intimidate voters who, after all, voted 8 months earlier, eh?
What Garland's monkeys are trying to do with this growl is to block auditors from asking voters who *supposedly* voted by mail if they actually voted.by mail.
Since one of the huge avenues of fraud was Democrat fraudsters learning from Dem election officials who hadn't returned their mail-in ballot on election night, and fraudulently filling out a ballot in that person's name, identifying people who were shown as having voted but in fact didn't would be a big indicator of fraud. So Garland wants to block that investigation.
Of course he and the Dems can't admit that, so they couch it as "voter intimidation."
Another big avenue for fraud: A Democrat-supported federal law encouraged states to automatically register anyone who applied for a driver's license to vote. If you didn't want that, you had to "affirmatively opt-out" by checking a box. In many states, incompetent DMV workers didn't tell applicants about the box, resulting in the applicant being registered to vote.
But then several Dem-ruled states decided to give driver's licenses to illegal aliens.
Bingo: thousands of people illegally registered to vote.
The final leg of this drama was when Dem-ruled states rammed through "all voting by mail," so thousands of illegal aliens who applied for drivers' licenses were now mailed ballots. Surely most were surprised by this, and didn't vote. Question is, how many of those ballots were returned, and counted? Garland doesn't want any state to investigate this.
To block investigation, scream "This is 'voter intimidation' and is a federal crime! If you investigate my department will likely charge you with a federal crime!"
What state legislator is willing to risk that, eh? This is the entire purpose of the bullshit threat.
Corruption. It permeates every branch of the federal government--particularly the FBI and DOJ. And those agencies are now doing everything possible to block investigations into massive vote fraud.
Try this: If Garland et al knew the Dems really did get the most votes in the disputed states, why make this growly, bullshit threat? Let the audits run, and then bask in the result, eh? But he knows his party stole the election, so he's determined to prevent any more audits. This is the only reason for issuing the threat.
To repeat: If you have nothing to hide, you're not threatened by audits.
The biden*fail regime is threatened by audits. Ask yourself why.
