Tranny spray-paints fed property in Portland, cops react, tranny screams "I am a woman"

In Portland a "creature" was spray-painting a protest on a walkway to a federal building.  Cops came out and rousted the creature, who repeatedly screamed "I am a woman!" clearly trying to attract help to "de-arrest" it.
