AOC, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and a dozen other Dem reps introduce a bill to give open borders
One of the reasons the leaders of the Democrat party have lots of wins is that they never stop proposing laws that seem designed and intended to destroy this nation and ensure their own power continues forever.
And of course when they introduce these destructive bills, the Lying Mainstream Media supports them, and carefully avoids alerting ordinary citizens--voters--to the disastrous anti-American commands in those bills.
Latest example is a bill sponsored by communist Democrat representatives Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Raul Grijalva, Mr. García of Illinois, Ms. Jayapal, Karen Bass, Ms. Velázquez, Ms. Haaland, Ms. Escobar, Ms. Garcia of Texas, Mr. Espaillat, Ms. Judy Chu of California, Barbara Lee, Mr. Blumenauer, Jan Schakowsky, Frederica Wilson, Mr. Serrano, Ms. Clarke of New York, Ms. Norton, Mr. Vargas, Mr. Cárdenas and others.
These Democrat sponsors have named their devastating, anti-American bill "The New Way Forward Act," and it essentially bars the government from deporting illegal aliens. Seriously.
Naurally you don't believe that. You think that claim is a bizarre "tinfoil hat conspiracy theory."
Really? Okay Sparky, click on this link and read the damn thing yourself, right off the House of Representative website.
Here are a few of the ghastly open-borders provisions it will command if passed:
Page 4 line 6: Unaccompanied minors shall not be detained, but are to be released in every case, either without conditions, or with minimal bail. (More on that later in the bill.)
Do you find that hard to believe? Read it again. This is today's left-wing Democrat party.
The entire purpose is to effect "open borders" without ever having to say so.

And the next one makes the above provision retroactive:

Page 4 line 20: If DHS determines that the illegal is unlikely to show up for a later hearing, they can "impose the least restrictive conditions possible." The bill then sends readers to a different paragraph. This technique--splitting actions between non-consecutive paragraphs--makes it more difficult for non-lawyers to determine what's really being done--and is routinely used when the congresswhores are trying to f*** us.
Page 5 line 13: “PRESUMPTION OF RELEASE.—In a hearing under this subsection, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the alien should be released. The Government shall have the duty of rebutting this presumption by clear and convincing evidence based on credible and individualized information that establishes that the use of alternatives to detention will not reasonably assure the appearance of the alien at removal proceedings, or that the alien is a threat to another person or the community. The fact that an alien has a prior conviction or a criminal charge pending against the alien may not be the sole factor to justify the continued detention of the alien.In other words, under the Dems' "new path forward act" the U.S. wouldn't be able detain an illegal alien even if the illegal been convicted of a serious crime or had been charged with a crime. Seriously!
Do you find that hard to believe? Read it again. This is today's left-wing Democrat party.
Page 6 line 5: BOND DETERMINATION.—In the case that an immigration judge makes a determination to release an alien on bond under subsection (a)(1)(B)(i), the immigration judge shall consider, for purposes of setting the amount of the bond, the alien’s financial resources and ability to pay the bond without imposing financial hardship on the alien.D'ya think every single illegal--having been thoroughly coached by pro-illegal advisors--will claim they're penniless, so the bond should be set at one dollar? Of course they will. And no immigration judge will dare set a significant bond (one that might possibly ensure the alien will show up for their hearing) cuz the law clearly and unequivocally states that the bond can't impose a "financial hardship on the alien."
The entire purpose is to effect "open borders" without ever having to say so.
Page 6, line 24: SPECIAL RULE FOR VULNERABLE PERSONS AND PRIMARY CAREGIVERS.—In a case in which an alien who is the subject of a custody determination under this subsection is a vulnerable person or a primary caregiver, the alien may not be detained unless the Government shows, in addition to the requirements under paragraph (3), that it is unreasonable or not practicable to place the individual in a community-based supervision program.
Which can't be proven. Meaning the illegal must be released into the interior of the U.S.
But don't be alarmed, citizen! Cuz this only applies to what the act claims are "vulnerable persons." I mean, there can't be very many of those, right?
Right?
Oh wait, the act defines this term. And...whoa!...look how insanely the Dems who drafted this piece of shit define "vulnerable"! Page 7, line 8:
“(7) DEFINITION.—In this subsection, the term ‘vulnerable person’ means an individual who—
(A) is under 21 years of age or over 60 years of age;
Amazing: They just expanded the definition of "unaccompanied alien children" to include men up to 20 years old.
"Identifies as..." Brilliant. Cunning. According to the Dems who crafted this piece of shit, all an illegal alien has to do to be released is to claim he "identifies" as gay or tranny or whatever the f "intersex" means.“(B) is pregnant;
“(C) identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or intersex;
“(D) is victim or witness of a crime;Wanna get released into the U.S.? File a lawsuit.
“(E) has filed a nonfrivolous civil rights claim in Federal or State court;
“(F) has a serious mental or physical illness or disability;This means that if an illegal simply claims to have experienced "gender-based violence," they must be released into the U.S.
“(G) has been determined by an asylum officer in an interview conducted under section 235(b)(1)(B) to have a credible fear of persecution or a reasonable fear of persecution under section 208.31 or 241.8(e) of title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the date of the enactment of the New Way Forward Act);
“(H) has limited English language proficiency and is not provided access to appropriate and meaningful language services in a timely fashion; or
“(I) has been determined by an immigration judge or the Secretary of Homeland Security to be experiencing severe trauma or to be a survivor of torture or gender-based violence, based on information obtained during intake, from the alien’s attorney or legal service provider, or through credible self-reporting.
Page 15 line 18 et seq:
The above sentence is intentionally written to be convoluted and hard to understand, but provides that if an alien admitted into the U.S. has been here for 5 years, they can't be deported for any reason whatsoever--even if they're found to have lied their ass off to win admission.“(3) (A) ....any removal proceeding against an alien previously admitted to the United States ...shall not be entertained unless commenced not later than the date that is five years after the date on which the alien became deportable or inadmissible.
And the next one makes the above provision retroactive:
“(B) This paragraph shall apply to any removal proceeding resulting in an order of removal before the date of the enactment of the New Way Forward Act as if in effect on the date on which the removal proceeding was commenced.”.
This damnable bill goes on for another 13 pages but I think you have the gist of it.
If you want open borders--or crap like the above that does exactly the same thing--vote for more Democrats.
Thankfully, even if the treasonous pro-illegal-alien Democrats were to win control of the senate, our strong, pro-American president would never sign this piece of crap. And the Dems know it. So the only reason they're doing this is to win even more support (i.e. more money) from their illegal-alien supporters, and from their thoroughly liberal, guilt-ridden white base.
