Chitcongo Wal-Mart losing so much of this product that they put it in locked cases
If a retailer is getting clobbered by customers shoplifting, one would expect the retailer would try to make it harder for people to steal whatever it was they were losing.
A Wal-Mart in Chicago (often contemptuously referred to as "Chitcongo") has had so much theft of a certain product that they've put that product in locked cases. So take a guess what the item is, eh?
Jewelry? Cigarettes? Video games? Computers or other electronics?
Nope, it's...wait for it...mens' underwear.
Naturally you can't believe that. Who would risk jail to steal six bucks worth of boxers?
Oh wait, I forgot: it's Chicago--one of those many Dem-ruled cities whose leaders have ordered their cops not to arrest people who steal items with a total price under $1000.
I mean hey, it's a "victimless crime," right? So why should a city "involve a promising child with the justice system" over a victimless crime, eh citizen?
"Right on, mayor! Power to da people! It ain't wrong to liberate sumpin' from da eeeebil corporations cuz da peoples need stuff, yo!"
Victimless crime, eh? In any case, take a look at the vid below. Apparently this real.
