NBC posts a piece implying Trump pardoned *all* J6 protesters

The Lying Mainstream Media is very good at writing headlines that make 99% of readers believe something happened, that didn't.

They do that constantly, to tar conservatives, and to trivialize actual crimes by Democrats--including treason.  Watch this demonstration by the shitheads at NBC: 

Trump's last-minute decision to go big on Jan. 6 pardons took many allies by surprise.

Sub-head: "In pardoning more than 1,500 supporters charged in the Jan. 6 attack, Trump went further than he had suggested just a month earlier."

Here's the opening sentence:

Trump’s decision to pardon virtually every person charged in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was made at the last minute as the inauguration approached — and it surprised some of his supporters.

Now think: For his entire campaign Trump promised voters he would pardon the 1,500 J6 protesters--many of whom had been in prison for over two years without being charged, and without being granted bail.

For young Americans, or those who don't know the Constitution--which the Founders called "the law of the land" (but which has since been discarded by the leaders of the Democrat party), the Eighth Amendment says "Excessive bail shall not be required..."  Judges have since ruled that bail may be denied in "capital cases."  For leftists and young Democrats, that has nothing to do with the Capitol building but means someone charged with murder or treason--neither of which apply to the J6 protesters.  So for the shithead biden/garland/harris regime to DENY bail altogether violated the Eighth Amendment.

But of course you never heard a single word about that in the Lying Mainstream Media.
 
So for NBC to say the "decision was made at the last minute" and involved "virtually every person charged" is intended to make readers believe he pardoned even those few demonstrators who were charged with fighting with capitol cops.

He didn't.  If you don't believe that, read the damn executive order for yourself.

What he did was commute the sentences of the 14 so charged to "time served."

The ghastly, corrupt biden released convicted murderer Leonard Peltier (who murdered an FBI agent), and NBC didn't say a single critical word.  Dat wuz jus' fine, cuz dere god bribem did dat.

Despite initial Media lies to the contrary, no cops died or were even seriously injured on J6.  And the protesters who struggled with the cops had served up to 4 years in prison.  Trump commuted their sentence to time served. 

Here's NBC again:

Two officials who worked on Trump’s transition said the decision to do a sweeping pardon was made just days before the inauguration. They, like others interviewed for this article, were granted anonymity...

So either the transition team has spies and  leakers, or NBC is lying.  The key word here is "sweeping" pardon.  That was Trump's promise, and he delivered.  He didn't pardon all, but that's absolutely what NBC is implying with the word "sweeping."
