bidenharris regime claims a city law against using natural gas overrides federal law

If you get your "newz" from the alphabets or other Mainstream Media outlets, you have no idea what's really happening, and how fast the life you've known is slipping away.

Latest example: Natural gas is a fabulously efficient way to cook, heat hot water and homes.  Of course like all combustion it produces CO2, which the wokiez claim is gonna kill all life on Earth reel soon.   Or sometime, anyway.

So...four years ago the communist-run city council of Berkeley, CA--totally wokie, if you hadn't already guessed--decided they didn't want residents to use natural gas (cuz makes duh awful CO2, which plants love).  But since virtually every home and business in the city used natural gas, they knew passing an ordinance banning every resident from using natural gas would result in instant murder (and justifiably so, IMHO), they started with a smaller bite:  They banned gas service to new construction.

(For young Americans an ordinance is a law for cities.) 

Well...even this bite angered a lot of people, and they sued.  The case ended up at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  That court ruled that the Berkeley law violated a 1975 federal law, so they overturned it.

But if you think that was the end of the matter, you clearly don't know how the bidenharrisDemocrat regime operates.  And what the regime did--via Merrick Garland's utterly corrupt DOJ--was to file an "amicus" motion asking the court to reinstate the dipshit city council's law, even though it violates federal law.

If you're a young American, or a Democrat, here's what's totally bizarre about that: there's a thing in the Constitution called the Supremacy Clause, that says if a state law contradicts federal law, the state law is null and void.  (Of course congress can make exceptions, as it did when it allowed Cali to have tougher rules on car emissions back in the 1970s.)

The bidenharris regime has always zealously enforced the supremacy clause--except this time.

The ONLY reason for this filing is that the regime wants to stop the use of natural gas.  But when conservatives have pointed this out in the past, the regime toadies have brazenly lied: "We don't want to do dat!  We would nevah do dat!  We've nevah even suggested anything like dat!  Yew jus' a bunch of stupid conspiracy theorists!"

Lies lies lies.  The amicus filing proves it.  It's the only time the regime has claimed a city ordinance overrules federal law--violating the supremacy clause.  And the regime is only doing it because they want to end the use of natural gas.

Of course if you're a typical Democrat voter (not an elite insider) you don't believe it.  You don't realize how much more it costs to heat hot water and homes with electricity instead of gas, because you've never seen the analyses and have never done one yourself.  So you just assume the costs are the same--which is what the regime wants you to think.

I'd show you the figures but you wouldn't believe me anyway.  But the undeniable fact that biden's DOJ filed a brief bleating that a shitty city law overrules federal law--violating the Constitution--speaks for itself.

If you believe anything the regime says, without checking, you're a fool.  Oh wait...too late:  You were DELIGHTED to allow Porridgebrain and his band of thieves to steal the election, so you clearly deserve exactly what you're getting.

Of course your kids--and grandchildren, if any--don't deserve what's coming.  And while I'm truly sorry that they'll suffer for your stupidity, I hope you live long enough to watch it--and regret the fact that you were so gullible.

You believed the bleating of this utterly corrupt--literally bribed--regime.  You believed everything the Lying Mainstream Media spewed.  And when a tiny percentage of us showed you the truth, you sneeringly called us "conspiracy theorists."  Now, as each day brings new revelations confirming exactly what we told you, you dismiss the revelations.  "Dat can't be true," you bleat.  "Can't be!  Cuz if dat true, it means...it...ooohh, don't go there!"

I don'[t feel sorry for you Democrats.  You had a chance to learn, but you refused.  Your kids didn't have the education or experience to realize they were being played, conned.  You did, but your minds were closed to anything that contradicted what the regime constantly rammed down your throat.

To this day, even after Twitter (after Musk) released thousands of emails from the FBI to Twatter pushing the latter to delete posts the regime didn't like, my liberal friends don't know that.  All highly open, but they just weren't interested--so as far as they know, it never happened.

Let me close with a vignette from my years as a jet pilot:  After commercial jets got equipped with cockpit voice recorders, we got a gripping look into how the mind works when you know death is imminent and unavoidable.  As a pilot I've read literally hundreds of those transcripts, and listened to dozens more.  There is a moment when the pilots realize they're no longer in control, but are basically passengers on a plane heading for disaster. 

Hearing those words--the moment of realization--is a life-changing experience.  I suspect lots of Democrat voters who inflicted the sad fate of our once-proud nation on their kids may come to such a realization at some point.
