Fed records show U.S. govt gave $123 million to "nonprofit" that funded Wuhan Institute of Virology research

Political junkies have long known that if you wanna know what's going on in DC that the gruberment doesn't want you to know, the best source is British papers.  The reason will surprise you:  It's that the U.K.'s libel laws are far more friendly to plaintiffs, meaning it's easier to get a verdict of libel there.

As a result, Brit papers are *very* careful about what they print, and won't print something that they haven't vetted quite thoroughly.

So what's the latest scoop from the U.K?

It's that Fauci's funding of research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology--which Fauci testified to congress was barely $600,000--is probably just the tip of the iceberg:  The Daily Mail reports that various branches of the U.S. government--including Pentagon agencies--have given over $100 MILLION to a so-called charity ("EcoHealth Alliance," founded and chaired by Peter Daszak) since 2010.  Highlights:

• U.S. government data seen by DailyMail.com show the Pentagon gave $39 million to EcoHealth Alliance between 2013 and 2020;
• EHA also received $64.7 million from the US Agency for International Development;
  
• That organization funneled cash to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to fund "gain of function research" that almost certainly enabled Covid-19 to infect humans;
  
• The majority of the DoD funding came from the "Defense Threat Reduction Agency," which is ostensibly tasked with countering weapons of mass destruction;
• Federal grant data assembled by independent researchers shows that the charity has received more than $123 million from the government in total
• Grants from the Pentagon included $6,491,025 from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) from 2017 to 2020
• EcoHealth also got $13 million from Health and Human Services, which includes the National Institutes of Health and Centers for Disease Control;
  
• It is not known how much of the total government grants to EcoHealth went to the Wuhan lab; 
• The Left went nuts when president Trump canceled a $3.7 million grant to EcoHealth last year, as evidence emerged that virus was extensively modified in the Wuhan lab funded by EHA, to make it more lethal to humans.

Isn't it interesting how a Brit paper find these numbers, but they somehow elude every U.S. Mainstream Media (i.e. Democrat) outlet, eh?   

Now watch for the next countermove by the Dems:  They'll claim that since Trump was president from Jan of 2017 to this past January, during which "the Pentagon" gave millions of dollars to EcoHealth, it's Trump's fault for not cancelling all the grants to EHA after he found out that scam outfit was funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan.
